Very comfortable bed. Door locking dorm room feels safe. Sizeable locker fits carry on and small backpack. No problems with cleanliness. Shower and washroom were well maintained. Thanks Tu, Kieu, and Hien easy communication.

The bar and desk people are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered, which is great. The rooms and sheets are clean and tidy but the curtains don’t give proper privacy, there are no shelves or hooks so you are sleeping on your charging items and purse, and no bed light. The bar and pool area is filthy. I left a glass in the bar and it was there 4 hours later. Ashtrays are over-flowing. There are stairs to a higher roof top, which could fit sun loungers but they haven’t bothered - it has 2 plastic chairs and some trash. The pool doesn’t look much but was actually nice to sit in. There was a stern guy sitting at the rooftop pool much of the day, radiating bad vibes. I think he was probably the owner or manager because he started angrily pacing 20 mins before pool closing.

Plenty of mould in the room, hotel staff were quite rude, when we wanted to check in the lady had us waiting for a while whilst she was on the phone with her friend (that’s how it sounded), and the location is terrible. 20 minute grabs into a the good part of Da nang is not worth the hassle every day. The hostel is also dead, nothings ever happening.

I’m unfortunately not satisfied with my stay. First, I contacted the hostel one day before about my situation but never received any reply. When I came to the reception to ask about it, the answer was simply “no refund”, which is quite disappointing for a dorm bed in such a large backpacker hostel. The receptionist was not very welcoming during my stay and only smiled when telling me there would be no refund. The facilities are also disappointing. The beds have metal bars that hurt your feet when climbing up, and there is very little space to store personal belongings. The lockers are not very practical. There is also no personal light for the beds. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly. The walls are thin and it can be noisy. There is only one sink for the entire floor and there are no hair dryers available. Also, the “spa” mentioned is not really a spa. Overall, for a large hostel that calls itself a backpacker place, refusing any refund for a dorm bed after being contacted in advance feels quite unfair. Lost a customer ! It feels like the (big big) hostel only cares about money and is not very understanding with guests. In Da Nang there are many other beautiful hostels that are cheaper and much more welcoming.

This hostel is seriously dangerous for your health. In pictures is the mold in the room, with BLACK mold as well which if you don’t know, can literally kill you if you stay in the room more than a month. This doesn’t mean that is ok for your health if you stay less. If you really need to book here make sure to ask for a room with no mold. I changed my room and I recommend you to go to room 300 on 2nd floor . It had a bit of mold but at least it’s green not black. The staff is good, however even if the lady that changed my room was very nice with me , when I left , she complained to another guest about me complaining. which then came to me to tell me because of course he knows how dangerous that mold is. Besides that, staff is nice. The food they make is good. They have no kitchen or fridge for guests

Considering the price, it feels like a bargain. Here are four reasons why I recommend it: 1. Close to the beach: My Khe Beach is within a 10-minute walk. Great for early morning strolls. 2. Close to the local market: You can reach the local market in less than a 5-minute walk. Enjoy the market atmosphere and cheap local food. 3. Facilities: As it's a dormitory, there's only one shared toilet and shower inside, but there are two private showers and two toilets in the hallway, so you can use them without worrying about the time. 4. Surprisingly spacious: The bunk beds are deep and comfortable. You can use the space freely. While the individual lockers are small, the locks may be broken, and there are gaps at the top of the bed curtains, which raises some concerns about safety, I personally found it acceptable. Recommended for experienced backpackers.

The beds here are top notch! I had the best night sleep here. My room was quiet and all of the other people were quiet and respectful! Love the rooftop here too, great view of DaNang and gives you a nice local feel.

I came to Da Nang and was looking for a special place to stay for a few days, just a cheap hostel, and what I got from this hostel was the best hospitality, everyone was lovely and friendly, they were willing to help you whenever you needed. The location is not in the city center so you can't expect any hustle and bustle. However, it would be an ideal place for European tourists who want to explore the mountains or the sea, the nearby attractions. Our room was quite nice, spacious, comfortable bed, with a neat and clean personal locker. The room was cleaned every day by elegant housekeeping girls. The swimming pool was ok, because it is currently the rainy season so it is rarely used. The spa service is the highlight, it is great, the price is reasonable.
