  I stayed at this place for 1 month, owner is very nice and kind woman, location is right next to Marble mountains, just 10 min to city center, there is a huge kitchen fully equipped for cooking, I travel with kid so it was important for me, rooms have a balcony, very spacious, housekeeping cleaning almost everyday , place is safe, quiet and clean! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

  The room was clean, quiet and peaceful place to rest, room cleaning done weekly. Kitchen has utensils for cooking if necessary, which makes it much easier for those who have been traveling for a long time, the place is very close to the Marble Mountains which is very touristy and very close to two very quiet beaches. Well, it’s not a hotel, it’s more like a homestay, but Sophia who takes care of the place will do everything to offer a good stay, my grade is in good part given to her service 😄

  I am giving 5 stars because of Sophia attitude and his great service, room has AC, i stayed in the room with balcony, place has washing machine, kettle microwave even stove and some utensils to clean, be aware that as his name specifies this is a house not an hotel don’t expect reception 24 hours or room service, also next to reception there is a water filter (remember water in vietnam is not drinkable). There is two things that can be improved, breakfast is not very good unless you like Vietnamese food, and cleaning in common areas can be better. However my rating of five star is because of Sophia even before my trip she was checking on me and very attentive to anything needed, very close to the marble mountains and good wifi

  Rooms are well-furnished and comfortably spacious. A little bit far from city area but walking distance (5-mins) to Marble Mountains and 30 mins drive to Hoi An old town. Good and affordable fit if you prefer a peaceful vibe compared to noisy city atmosphere.

  Great location a short walk to both Marble Mountain entrance and to the beach. Room was clean and pleasant, fully adequate. Great value for the money. The only tricky point is that Reception is not 24-hour nor continuously staffed; need to contact manager to make sure she will be there to meet you when you arrive. (I hadn't realized that, and was lucky that a resident of another room just happened to be down in the lobby and was able to let me in and help me get the key to the room when I arrived in the evening.) But as far as location near Marble Mountains/beach and for the price, hard to beat.

  We had a confirmed booking at this property, but when we arrived, no one opened the door.||After contacting them, they admitted via WhatsApp that they were overbooked.||We spent around 3 hours and money on taxi, and were left without accommodation at night.||This is completely unacceptable and unreliable. Do not book this place.
