  Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The hostel is very near to the Beach; I used to visit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset daily. The staff was also consistently friendly and helpful. You can get hot / cold water from the reception. Hostel also provides day trips via shuttle bus or bike. I did, however, encounter an issue the day before my checkout. I had left some less valuable personal items (toiletries, shoes, and packing materials) in my locker without securing it. When I returned, I found that some another guest had removed all my belongings from the locker, placed their own items inside, and then locked it. I was checking out the next day and was ultimately fine, but removing my belongings without permission was inappropriate.

  I spent 3 nights here last January. I was surprised that it was really close to the beach. Location is just across the Bikini Bottom Express which a lot of people recommended when in Da Nang. Service is great. The staff are really welcoming and kind. The only thing is the amenities inside the dorm itself, there was no blower and there are mosquitoes but aside from that, I had a good stay. This is not a social hostel and everyone kept to themselves which I like the best. I’m already planning on going back to Vietnam and will def return here.

  Dorm 3 (mixed dorm) still has bed bug infestation as of 22 November 2025. We unfortunately didn’t see the reviews about the previous infestations before we booked so I guess that’s a bit on us. We left after only 1 night of our 2 days we booked and were refunded for the 2nd night. The hostel overall was good. Great service and the dorm room it self and bathroom were tidy. Would have happily stayed there if it weren’t for the bed bug situation.

  This was the WORST experience of my life in a hotel/hostel. We booked a whole dorm of 6 beds and the whole room was filled with huge BED BUGS. All of my friends had multiple bug bites and extremely itchy red marks. As of 18 March 2026, the BEDBUGS INFESTATION is still not taken care of. When we asked the staff to change and clean the bedsheets and room, we were told that "THERE ARE NO EXTRA BEDSHEETS AND YOU CAN CHANGE THE HOSTEL". What kind of accomodation does not have spare bedsheets? I suggest you to not book this place as now I see this infestation issue has been going on for over a year.

  It may be close to the beach But the beds are with bed bugs. I checked out ahead of time because of this I message them and got no response for the refund. I had a surgery wound and this matters to me most about the cleanliness Comfort room is not being cleaned everyday. Unsafe if you chose the all female bed sharing. There is no key, anyone can get in

  Avoid this place at all costs. We booked a 6-bed dorm, and the room was infested with large bed bugs. All of us were left with multiple itchy, red bites. Even as of 18 March 2026, this issue has still not been fixed. When we asked the staff to clean the room or change the bedsheets, they refused, saying they had no extra bedsheets and told us to find another hostel. It’s unacceptable for any accommodation to not have basic essentials like spare bedsheets. This place clearly does not care about hygiene or its guests.

  We stayed for 2 days, till 18th Mar 2026. The receptionists are friendly when it came to helping us out in flight issues and calling customer cares. However, I feel basic sanitation is the minimum requirement of any stay. My criteria of rating starts with prioritising cleanliness, and then amenities. The fact our beds had BED BUGS shows a big fault. Also, as an add on, when we asked for change in bed sheets due to this, there were no spare bed sheets available. They did give us the option to refund and book another stay. My friends were battling bed bugs midnight (they were visible), buying repellants. Weird.

  The room was clean and bright. Location is great and close to the beach. Got a free coffee in the morning. Staff was very very nice. They had great recommendations for me and I would have missed some highlights in Da Nang without them. Renting a scooter through them was easy and fast. Same with the shuttle bus to Hoi An. Felt very comfortable here and would have loved to stay longer.
