  Our 4 night stay at diamond sea hotel was simply wonderful. We arrived from the airport early and got the warmest welcome from the staff. The complimentary tea and dried fruits was great, they took care of our luggage while the room was being prepared and helped ourselves to the pool which is certainly one of the highlights with an wonderful view. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, there was sooo much options. Location was perfect for us, so close to the beach and many good restaurants and amenities while still being very calm. Our room was very comfortable, cleaned everyday with complimentary water. But what made it truly unforgettable was the quality of the staff they were very helpful and always answered our every needs, going above and beyond and made us feel like princesses ✨👑

  We stayed a week at this hotel and just finishing our visit tomorrow and headed to Saigon. Everything about this hotel from the location across from the sea to the food and most especially all the staff are absolutely fantastic. Including the VAT tax are all in rate per day $65 Canadian. The value for this hotel is absolutely number one. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back again. Extremely well located in the middle of the hotel strip and literally one minute walk to the sea for my morning swim every day. The top four pool and bar also very wonderful to enjoy and relax.

  The hotel has a great location. If you get a room on one of the higher floors with an ocean view, you’ve done everything right – we had room 1805 and it was amazing. The price-performance ratio is very good. However, the hotel is definitely in need of renovation. You can already notice it with the elevators, which often have long waiting times, and the rooms feel quite outdated. That being said, I would still come back and would recommend it overall.

  This has to be be the best hotel i have stayed in from all my travels. The location being across the road from the beach and supermarkets, dinning, coffee shops and vibrant location. The hotel itself is clean, well equipped, the rooms are brilliant especially the balcony rooms, the breakfast lounge is brilliant with great options of foods and drinks available especially the constant availability of Pho. The hotel staff is very welcoming, supporting and helpful no matter what. I paid for use of the 3rd party spa and massage which was brilliant on both occasions. The roof top bar is beautiful and the view is brilliant along with the swimming. Finally advice to westerners, please smile, respect countries customs and white western women don't walk about naked but with some honour and decent because the Vietnamese people are very honour based which is a culture I am from.

  I had a wonderful stay at Diamond Sea Hotel, Da Nang. The views were absolutely stunning, especially from the rooftop, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made the experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special mention to Angela, who truly made our trip unforgettable. She went above and beyond to help us plan our getaways and city tours, making everything smooth and hassle-free. Her recommendations were spot on, and her warm, helpful nature added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang great location, amazing views, and outstanding hospitality!

  Nice clean room and bathroom. I had a window with no view which I knew about when I booked it. The pool area had a great view of the beach. Nice pool which was not deep. Breakfast was amazing and Jennifer helped every morning with whatever we needed. I was on level 17 which was quiet at night for sleeping. Very good location with many places to eat.

  The location is ideal. Close to everything and convenience was great! It’s in the middle of everything. Theres so many great restaurants around. The only downfall was our room did not have a view. Overall amazing hotel! Service and staff was 10/10. I’ll definitely stay here again.

  The hotel is in an excellent and highly convenient location, just across the road from My Khe Beach, making beach access extremely easy. There is also a convenience store nearby, which adds to the overall convenience for daily needs.The hotel lobby is impressive, grand, well-maintained, and consistently pleasant-smelling. It is also clean and well-managed, with helpful bellboys who provide good service upon arrival and departure.However, some of the hotel facilities and amenities appear slightly dated, likely due to the property’s age. While the room is generally clean, there was a faint unusual smell upon entering, which may be related to the air conditioning system or older furnishings.Breakfast is a strong point, offering a good variety of options with decent quality, making it a satisfying start to the day.One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool, which provides a very enjoyable atmosphere and nice views.The massage and spa services are reasonably priced compared to regional standards, but the skill level does not quite match the quality found in destinations like Thailand or Bali. A downside to the experience was that the masseuse repeatedly requested tips, even after we explained we did not have our wallet with us at the time and had already promised to give a tip later. This made the experience less comfortable than expected.Overall, the hotel offers strong value for its location, breakfast, and rooftop facilities, but there is room for improvement in room freshness, facility updates, and service professionalism in the spa area.
