The hotel offers clean and well-maintained rooms, making for a comfortable stay. The food is superb, with a great selection and excellent quality. The staff are very accommodating and attentive, with special mention to Dung Lee and his staff Huong, Hieu for providing outstanding service. Overall, a highly satisfying experience.

My family and I arrived in Da Nang at 11:00 am. We checked into the G8 Luxury Hotel at 11:30 am and left our luggage there. We then headed to Con Market for lunch. We returned to the hotel at 12:20 pm. The receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to get a room before our 2:00 pm check-in time. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. It was conveniently located near Con Market and Han Market, which are just a 15-minute walk away. There were also many restaurants within walking distance, including Popeyes Chicken across the street.

We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed every moment at G8 hotel. The suite was very spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and exceptionally comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. Great location as well

Nice ‘mini tower’ style hotel. Tiny roof pool but ok. Small, hot room gym with no real equipment Spa also, seems to be always empty. Great buffet breakfast and great value (but not included in room rate) Location doesn’t have much of an evening aside for a small mainly clothes market and a street of peculiar ‘fashion’ shops… Many coffee shops/pho nearby in the morning/day

Not really a 4-star hotel tbh. It's a local 3 star. We like the decent size of the rooms, and their on-site spa. What we didn't like 1. Very warm (almost hot) reception area. We stayed for about an hour waiting for room check in and it was very uncomfortable. 2. Buffet breakfast must improve. The foods are not warm enough. Coffee is not hot. We always need to ask to warm the milk. The egg station at the breakfast area needs improvement. The eggs are not cooked well, and the cook should pay closer attention to preparation and consistency. Improving the egg station would significantly enhance the breakfast experience for guests. 3. LOCATION. It's not close to good cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of clothing stores if you're into shopping. 4. SELECTIVE ATTENTIVENESS OF STAFFS 5. HOUSEKEEPING. The mini refrigerator had a strong durian smell when we checked in, which was unpleasant. Additionally, when we used the saucer and wiped it with tissue, it appeared that it had not been properly washed. Please ensure that the refrigerator is odor-free and that all dishware is thoroughly cleaned before guest arrival. Improving these details would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

A 5 days trips visiting Da Nang 13-17 June, a reasonable price & not bad location. So Booked 4 nights ! Facility is fine, staff is friendly, after first night my impression is positive to this hotel. But second night become disaster !!!! A group of South Asia clients stayed in my opposite room... they were making such a racket outside that I couldn't get to sleep. (2:35am). Call the front desk, I guess they send someone to handle. Just silent for 5 minutes.... yelling again from opposite room... even I saw some young ladies come out the room & smoke outside of my room !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I call again front desk... another 10 minutes silent , then noise again ,,,, I had no choice that I go down the lobby & ask their staff come up,,, (3:xx am) .... result is negative.... noise continue .... till 5:xx am.... by 9:30am,, is I myself go to front desk on this complaint (next shift staff didn't 100% know what had happen). I request the room change... and they agree . I fully understand the "root cause" is by a group of undesirable behaviour clients.. but as a hotel , 3 times complaint in 2-4 am.... still the problem can't settle ??? what management they have ???

Lovely hotel located near the airport, so you don't have to worry about the ride to and from the airport. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with ample space to lay out your luggage on the floor without blocking the walkways. Service was good, I checked into and out of the hotel with no issues. Had a nice view from the room but could not really see the beach as it was far away and the room was not directly facing the ocean.

Stayed for the 2nd time (previously in Mar 2024 for 4 nights) due to good impression, this time for 3 nights during TET holidays 17/3 to 20/2/2026 booking the same Grand Twin Room of 30M tough they charged 50% more for 2nd and 3rd nights but it's peak period. Upon check in a smaller room of 20M was assigned, I immediately reflected to front desk staff and showed what I have booked for. After they consulted the manager who was out of office, they led me to another room 1609 on different direction with same lay out and size for substitute which I refused. I made use of AR ruler App to measure the room and physically with a standard 1M length type C phone cord, both verified that the room was 4x5M in size. Later in the evening the manager WhatsApp me claiming that my room was graded as 30M and that my measurement by AR might be inaccurate and room furniture settings affected my vision, some hidden space or area under construction were not disclosed, i.e. duct room for pipes and doorway entrance. The room was oblong in shape, anyone could easily calculate the exact size by width x length. I have requested to send their staff to take measurement physically on site but ignored. The hotel staff then sent a fruit plate to my room tried to cover up what I believed Oversale of Rooms cause I refused to accept. When back home, I demanded an explanation with room dimension via my booking agent and the official reply from G8 Luxury Hotel and Spa was really ridiculous, they insisted that my room was 30M and attached a daily staff cleaning sheet on my staying floor (room 1404) with room layout but no dimension specified. The manager whom I have texting over WhatsApp was very good at crafting words and quibbling her replies all the time. I am a frequent traveler, have multiple experiences of room size, I have no objection to pay bit more for TET period but hate to be treated by unacceptable lies and dishonest deeds. I am sure this hotel will deprive the renown of Danang Tourism.
