  It was excellent here. Theblocation was amazing, across the street from the beach. The breakfast buffet was so good, we ate a different type of noodle and excellent variety each day. The service was always friendly and nice, polite. They gave us flip flops fland beach towels for the beach. Everything was excellent. I would come back again!

  Stayed here for one night and honestly wish I would’ve stayed longer. The location was great easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff was very helpful and check-in was smooth with almost no wait. The room itself was very spacious, and breakfast had a lot of good options. Special shoutout to the bellboy/staff member helping with the bags he was extremely friendly and helpful and really made the stay feel welcoming. Overall I enjoyed my stay and thought it was a good hotel for the area. The only small thing I noticed was the room had a slight musty smell at times, and I noticed some dark spots near the sink/shower area that may have just needed deeper cleaning or maintenance. Nothing major, but worth mentioning for feedback. Besides that, I had a good experience and would still recommend it for the location, room size, and service.

  During our stay at Golden Lotus Hotel in Da Nang, my friend accidentally slipped and fell in the middle of the road in front of the hotel on 27/5 and hit her face. We really want to thank the bellman Co and front desk staff Lena for their quick response and excellent service. They immediately came forward to help, brought out the first aid box and assisted us calmly. As we wanted to go to the hospital for a check-up, Co quickly helped us book a Grab and communicated with the driver for us. Thankfully, the injury was only superficial. When we returned to the hotel, both Co and Lena were very concerned and kept checking if my friend was alright. Throughout the 5 days stay, both of them constantly checked in on us and made us feel very cared for. Truly thankful for their kindness, warmth and excellent service ❤️

  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the service was first class. As we are Muslim, I asked for chicken and beef for breakfast, as we cannot eat pork. For the next 2 days they served us a chicken and beef menu in their breakfast restaurant. The breakfast manager was very polite and friendly. All the staff at the hotel are very good. We have no complaints about the hotel and its service. Thank you very much for making us feel special. 🥰

  Our expirence with golden lotus hotel was bad. First we asked for early check-in since , We arrived with early flight, we didn't care pay the extra. But after reprdatly asked the room wasn't ready before 14:00 even though the guest left the room at 12:00. Second and most annoying in 6:15 we heard extremely loud noise that woke us up right away. I think it was cleaning lady with vacuum, also the room has bad noise isolation in general. Third you have construction site in front of the building this is the main view from the hotel room. The only reason service is 3 stars is because of the bell boys nice people and helpful.

  Room was clean and bigger enough for two people. We had a king size bed. Didn’t like the smell everytime I entered the room. It had a musty smell my husband said it was the a/c. I felt the room needed updating. Also our bathroom door didn’t have a door knob had to use the lock hinge to open or didn’t close it all the way. The front lobby personnel were helpful but not as friendly as I other hotels I’ve been to in Vietnam. The pool is actually small but they do have drink specials. The connected mart on the lobby floor actually had good price on water. Breakfast was good however found out to go after the tour bus crowd which is about 7:30am. It will empty out and the food will be replenished. Close to beach, restaurants, and everything. For the price it’s fine.

  Great central location, staff are very attentive, particularly Cara and Ryan who both spent time giving recommendations for our stay. |Ryan spent time taking to us during our free afternoon tea by the pool. Such a helpful kind man. |Cara was so kind helping me print a document I needed for my university. |The rooms are clean, a good size and very comfortable. |The breakfast is good, plenty to choose from and a great selection. In room dining is outstanding, the only thing I would have liked on a menu in the room. The meal arrived hot and very well presented. |Great WiFi|Overall and great hotel, I’d definitely stay again.

  Golden Lotus was nothing short of amazing for my first time in Da Nang. We had an amazing sea view of the beach and location very close to many places to eat. The staff was super friendly and recommended things to do and food places nearby. NGA Hana helped me with my airline issues and tour bookings. Also their complimentary breakfast was delicious offering a variety of food and great staff. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly book again with them on my next trip.
