  We stayed at Grand Gold for two nights (Mar.27-29) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our room had an amazing view and a giant tub with floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay again. We would also like to give a special thanks to Ly Le (not sure I’m spelling her name correctly - apologies if not), our rooftop bartender who not only made sure we enjoyed our time at the hotel, but was incredibly helpful with suggestions and directions for our time in Da Nang.

  Grand Gold Hotel was excellent. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming, and the ocean views from the room are beautiful. It is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Da Nang, away from the heavy crowds. Great breakfast, wonderful rooftop pool, and amazing value for money. Highly recommended!

  Loved my stay here. Booked a beach view room. The rooms were relatively clean apart from some black hairs, but that unfortunately seems to be common with dark-haired cleaners and can't be helped. The staff were so attentive and accommodating. The rooftop bar had great views of the beach and Lady Buddha, and well-priced drinks. The hotel is not too far from the main beach and is set in a quiet, secluded area. About a 15 min drive to Han market. One downside personally was not much english spoken by the reception staff, but could easily use google translate. Also, the shower head in the bathtub was too big and water sprayed over the tub each time it was turned on. Overall grand gold is great value for the price especially as it includes breakfast buffet.

  We stayed here for 3nights , when checked in the hotel every thing seems to be good but when it comes to service it was ok 2/5 I will rank. When I booked sea view room their was balcony showed in pics and video but they don't have balcony. We were having 2rooms and I was traveling with parents and sister. Breakfast: major options were full non veg and veg items were shown only fruit & 1 dish of potato which was kept with pork. For indians their was no proper breakfast if your vegetarian. 2nd day we didn't get breakfast we reached for breakfast buffet at 9.40am and closing time is 10am they refused to serve they said we will not display more nothing was refilled back and served. We have to go out to eat.On last day when asked pack breakfast for morning as we have early morning flight to catch they refused. Housekeeping: 2nd day housekeeping was horrible tea cups were not clean + no hand towels were kept + washbasin was leaking when doing handwash or using it. Checkout : we were asked to check our rooms which we said u can do, on reception they gave us bill for water bottle use which we didn't they give ,everyday 350ml water bottles in room we used the same and bought from outside as they were charging high 20dongs for 350ml and outside in market we were getting 1ltr for 23dong as per them we can't get outside bottles + food they asked us to pay 50dong for bottles which we got by our selfes + as per them we have used bottles from fridge which we didn't do. They took 30mins to sort the problem and we were contiously be fast we are getting late for airport gals were not ready to listen and 1gal became rude standing on reception. Location: Location is good which is beach side that is the only good with hotel but food options are very less near by indian restaurants are 30mins away from this hotel and other good options are on 30mins drive. Point 3 I only gave for view & location rest is not 3number

  🚫🚫⛔️DO NOT STAY HERE⛔️🚫🚫 Anyone reading the reviews to know what the hotel is like, please take my word and do not stay here. This hotel deserves oy a 1 or 2 star.. they have fake reviews and boosted the stars to 4 star. I have notified all the stay platforms and Google about the condition of this place. This was our first stop in Vietnam and we liked the beach location on the photos. When we got to the hotel, there were crowds of local people walking in and out of the beach into the loby drenched in their bathers and water everywhere. We were greeted by a stench of strong lemon sanitiser to mask the stench comming from the hotel lobby. Long story short, we could not stay here and had to check out the next day. We couldn't use the toilets or shower due to the stench of urine and the bathrooms and shower being covered in mould. We checked into Whyndham hotel the next day and couldn't have been happier ☺️ Please save yourselves money and time and refrain from this disgusting hotel

  Here's a polished hotel review you can use:I had a pleasant stay at Grand Gold Hotel Da Nang. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay.The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of local and international dishes to suit different tastes. The quality of the food was good, and there were plenty of options to choose from each morning.One area that could be improved is the lift service, as the waiting time was sometimes quite long, especially during peak hours.Overall, Grand Gold Hotel provides good value for money with excellent service, clean accommodations, and a satisfying breakfast selection. I would consider staying here again when visiting Da Nang.**Rating: 4/5 ⭐**

  The hotel is located right across from the sea beach. However, it is not very close to the heart of the city. So walking to attractions, cafes etc. is not possible. It is on a quiet road. The rooms are spacious and the sea view is lovely. I will cut some points for cleanliness, as the room was not swept very clean. The beds are comfortable.

  Grand Gold Hotel offers a simple and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, and the overall experience is pleasant. A sea-facing room, along with the clean surroundings and friendly staff, made the stay enjoyable.||The rooftop pool and bar are usually quiet, which we actually liked, and the lady behind the bar makes excellent cocktails.||The only downside was the breakfast buffet. While the spread is quite large, most of the food was served cold. The sausages, bacon, fries, and other items were often at room temperature. Even the omelets were prepared in batches and left aside instead of being served fresh and hot.||Overall, we had a comfortable stay and may return in the future. However, I would kindly request the General Manager to look into the breakfast service and ensure hot food is served to guests.
