  We are a couple that travels 3 times a year, around the world and we have had a fantastic experience with this hotel and all the staff! They are adorable 😍 After we arrivedl, it has been a wonderful surprise, all thanks to the reception captain, Madame Alina. From the very first day, she made us feel at home. She attended to every one of our requests with immense kindness. Not only is the country beautiful, but the place is gorgeous,everything is great: the cleanliness, the location, the sun rise ♥️ everything is very, very good for a 4🌟. Madame Alina and her staff, made it so that we really felt at home. If there is one minor downside, it is actually the lack of double glazing on the windows, because a lot of noise comes through due to the heavy traffic on the street, but normal because is a very large city. But apart from that, the place is really great, and for a four-star hotel, it is excellent. We totally recommend this hotel!

  This is a slightly older hotel but the rooms are immaculately clean and well maintained. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the 21st floor and will stay here again when we return. The included breakfast buffet is sensational, and you are just over the road from My Khe beach. The staff are fantastic and highly attentive with very good English. The rooftop pool is an added bonus

  We loved our stay at the Haian!! The hotel is beautiful and the location was excellent - it is right in front of the beach and near all of the restaurants and cafes! Our room was so spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent!! So much variety and everything was so tasty. There is construction happening right next to the hotel but it did not bother us at all - we did not hear any noise and the staff was so willing to help accommodate with any inconvenience. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!!!

  HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa, Da Nang is a true standout experience. Perfectly located on the absolute beachfront — you step outside and you’re already by the sea. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and very clean, with thoughtful design throughout. The rooftop pool is a highlight — stunning views, especially at sunset, and a perfect place to relax for hours. The spa offers deep relaxation and high-quality treatments that complete the experience. The kitchen is exceptional — every meal feels above expectations, from breakfast to dinner. But what truly makes this place special is the people. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely heartfelt — you feel welcomed not as a guest, but as someone they truly care about. The location is also very convenient: Lady Buddha is about 10 minutes away, Marble Mountains are also just a 10-minute drive, and Dragon Bridge is around 10 minutes away as well. Everything is perfectly balanced — oceanfront location, comfort, food, and atmosphere. An absolutely excellent stay.

  A Wonderful First Trip to Da Nang Thanks to Haian Beach Hotel For my first trip to Da Nang, I chose Haian Beach Hotel after reading many positive reviews from travel communities. Before my arrival, I exchanged several emails with the hotel regarding my requests. The replies felt rather formal and automated, so I didn't have particularly high expectations. The hotel's greatest advantage is its perfect location directly across from My Khe Beach. Being able to take a walk along the beach or simply enjoy the ocean whenever I wanted made the stay even more special. The room was clean, and the bedding was fresh, spotless, and very comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. Because of the nearby construction, I requested a high-floor room during check-in. Thanks to the hotel's consideration, the construction noise was never disruptive. The hotel also offered complimentary vouchers for the outdoor lounge bar as a thoughtful gesture for any inconvenience caused by the construction, which I truly appreciated. The person who impressed me the most was Manager Sujin. She speaks Korean fluently and provided warm, professional, and attentive service throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, she carefully looked after every detail and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She is truly one of the hotel's greatest assets, and I sincerely hope her outstanding dedication is recognized and appreciated. I would also like to thank Alice, the breakfast supervisor. When I experienced a small inconvenience during breakfast, she listened carefully and resolved the issue immediately with kindness and professionalism. Her prompt response left a wonderful impression. Finally, I would like to thank the gentleman working at the outdoor lounge bar. He was always friendly and greeted guests with a warm smile. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to catch my airport transfer and forgot to ask for his name. The fresh watermelon juice I received with the complimentary voucher was absolutely delicious and one of the best drinks I enjoyed during my trip. The kindness and genuine hospitality of the staff made my first visit to Da Nang an unforgettable experience. While the excellent location and comfortable facilities were wonderful, it was the exceptional service from the staff that truly made this hotel stand out. I will definitely choose Haian Beach Hotel again when I return to Da Nang. Thank you to everyone for making my first trip to Da Nang such a memorable and wonderful experience.

  The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is excellent just steps from the beach and a short ride to many of Da Nang’s attractions and restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh local and international options, and the rooftop infinity pool and sky bar provided breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. The overall value for money was exceptional, and the attention to detail throughout the property made our stay truly memorable. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Despite some construction taking place next door, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay remained comfortable and enjoyable. They proactively checked on us, communicated openly, and did everything possible to minimize any disruption. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern for our comfort turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. The team's commitment to guest satisfaction was outstanding, and thanks to their efforts, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Haian Beach Resort to anyone visiting Da Nang.

  I enjoyed my stay here! Though I didn’t get a sea view room but the rooftop pool is one of the nicest . It is not very big but the design is detail oriented! I got to enjoy reading sitting on the side of pool with pool water kept cooling my body. And there was a great shield from sunlight! Pools in other hotels may be larger but you don’t wanna stay when it’s too hot and sunny!

  Amazing hotel! The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful. |The beach is right in front of the hotel and accessible to all. |The location is great. There are a lot of good marts nearby for basic necessities.|Food is a bit of a problem for vegetarians because the placement of all vegetarian is in the same line as the non-vegetarian dishes. There’s only one spatulas/tong to pick up the food. There’s a good chance that someone would have used the tong used for pumpkins for beef as well. Which is a huge concern. |There is some noise due to construction nearby, but they provide one complimentary drink to make up for it.
