  Hilton Da Nang is in the perfect location. Staff are coourteous. But the best part is their breakfast. The food excellent. Their bahn mi section and noodle soup sections were outstanding. Had many different fresh juices. And the coffee~~We had their ice vietnamese coffee every morning. The hot vietnamese coffee was also very good. Our breakfast server Thanh My was super sweet.

  I stayed at Hilton Da Nang for five nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Received a beautiful upgrade to a suite, which immediately set the tone for a very comfortable stay. The Executive Lounge is truly excellent and easily one of the highlights of the hotel. A special thank you to Thy and Oanh for their warm hospitality. Absolute stars, and if I were single… let’s just say they made every visit to the lounge even better 😉 Breakfast on the second floor can get quite busy, but the lounge breakfast is a perfect escape. Calm, high quality and a great way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’ll be back again next month without hesitation. Highly recommended!

  We loved our Hilton stay! The hotel environment was so nice and calming, and everything felt clean and comfortable. Annie at the front desk was so helpful and kind—thank you for upgrading our room! We felt well taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend!

  Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A fantastic modern hotel; our room was perfect & very well equipped, the hotel has an excellent restaurant/bar on the top floor (perfect for lunch & dinner - menu is varied and the food is top class). Great breakfast options & the staff provided such an excellet service in a friendly manner throughout our stay. A special mention to the General Manager, Rinal, who I had the pleasure to meet in the elevtor... you're doing a top job! Clearly, a very well managed hotel.

  My stay was quite enjoyable! The rooms were absolutely fantastic, truly a highlight. The service was good overall, and the hotel's location is perfect, making it super convenient. The executive lounge has a great view and nice service. The check in and out are great. It's a classical Hilton with spacious rooms and good facilities. The pool is bit underwhelming though. The breakfast is very tasty and service is friendly. The rooms were very clean but in the public areas the hoover isn't used as much as it should. Overall a good stay.

  To anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Da Nang, please avoid this hotel at all costs. This property is absolutely NOT operating at a 5-star standard. Based on the severe operational breakdowns and failures I personally experienced during my stay, Here is the raw reality of what you will actually face here: Forced Housekeeping (Zero Privacy): They have a shocking lack of respect for guest privacy. Housekeeping was forced into my room without proper consent or alignment, completely violating my personal space and boundaries. If you value your privacy and security, you cannot trust this property. Nightmare Check-in & Communications: The front desk management is a total mess. The check-in process was chaotic, filled with severe communication issues, extreme delays, and a complete lack of professionalism. They treat paying guests like a nuisance rather than welcoming them. Substandard Service Culture: Despite charging premium rates, their service culture is deeply corrupted. They are completely incapable of handling basic guest relations or maintaining 5-star standards. Do not ruin your vacation or your special family occasions here. There are plenty of genuine 5-star hotels in Da Nang that actually respect their guests. Avoid Hilton Da Nang at all costs.

  We truly enjoyed the breakfast their Vietnamese coffee was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also had dinner on the 28th floor, and everything was wonderful. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious, and they packed our takeaway to the room very neatly and properly.. We stayed in a connecting room, and the only downside was that the soundproofing could be improved. We were able to hear conversations from the other room, and even snoring at night. It slightly affected our rest, but overall, the stay was still pleasant.#room1104

The room was well-appointed, and I frequently utilized the Executive Lounge during my stay.|​I would like to specifically commend a staff member named Sonic. Their professional and attentive service was outstanding. Every time I visited the lounge, Sonic’s kind assistance made my experience incredibly pleasant and truly memorable.|​Thank you to the entire team, and a special thanks to Sonic for making my trip to Da Nang so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high-quality service.
