I was so excited to stay at this property because the location and amenities were exactly what my family and I were looking for. We purchased the airport transfer service, and the experience was seamless from the start. We were picked up in a beautiful Audi stocked with cold water and cooling towels, with the air conditioning running full blast—which was greatly appreciated since Da Nang is incredibly warm and humid, especially for visitors who aren't accustomed to the climate. Upon check-in, Rosie was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We had booked a three-bedroom Residence Suite for five nights, but upon arriving at our suite in Residence D, we were disappointed. The room felt quite dated, with stains on some of the furniture and patchy paintwork on the walls. Overall, it didn't feel as clean or well-maintained as we had expected. I shared my concerns with the staff, and while there were no alternative rooms available that evening, both Rosie and Zoe, the Manager on Duty, were attentive and understanding. We appreciated their efforts, especially since the high occupancy was beyond their control. The following day, they were able to move us to a two-bedroom suite in Residence C with a full ocean view. The difference was remarkable. The suite felt much more updated and offered a completely different experience compared to Residence D, which is tucked away in a back corner of the property. Despite the rocky start, we ended up having an amazing stay. Duy was exceptional with our children, often offering to take them to the arcade and always being available to drive us around the property. He checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed, whether it was housekeeping service, fresh towels, or transportation around the resort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. While some areas of the property could benefit from renovations, the outstanding service, beautiful location, and dedicated staff made our stay truly memorable.

We stayed in Danang for one week. We stayed at Hyatt Regency since it was closer to the city and on the beach. First of all we did not know what to expect. We stayed in the one bedroom suite with an ocean view. Room - the suite was very nice with a great view of the ocean. We loved the fact that our suite had 2 bathrooms. :) Resort - everything was an easy walk to everything from restaurants, beach, pool area and lounge. Staff - for the most part they were nice. Restaurants - we ate by the pool area a few times and french fries were the best. Very crispy! We also ate at Vive Ocean on Sunday night because they had a seafood night. The lobster was pricey and was not that good. Very chewy and with that ocean smell. That was the only disappointment in our restaurant experiences. The resort had a nice ocean breeze the entire time we were there and you can hear the waves crashing which was nice and not too loud as the waves are not big. Location made it easy to visit Hoi An, city area to eat, Ba Na Hills and so on. We left Hyatt Regency to go to Intercontinental Sun Resort and we truly enjoyed Hyatt Regency better!

We had the BEST stay at the resort. The staff were incredible at helping us out with our toddler. One staff member even helped us to put his shoes on and carry him to the buggy when we were going home 🥹. The rooms were amazing and the resort was so well kept. The facilities are incredible for a toddler. Including the football field, kids room, little farm, playground etc. The pools are amazing too with the beach style area at the end was a big hit. The vive oceane restaurant was really good and the staff were great. Thanks to Rosie and Sora at the end of our visit who helped sort out our transfer back to the airport. Sora really went above and beyond! We will definitely be returning to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Danang and would gladly return. We initially chose this resort because of its halal food options, and the food did not disappoint. The Italian and Vietnamese restaurants were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the staff were amazing throughout our stay. The beach was stunning, and we loved the complimentary kayaks and paddle boats and there were plenty of activities available, including soccer and volleyball. The gym was one of the best we’ve experienced at a hotel, with plenty of equipment, plus a sauna, jacuzzi, and cold plunge for relaxing afterward. We loved the experience so much that we ended up extending our stay, which says it all. A wonderful resort with excellent facilities, great food, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Danang and truly enjoyed every moment. As visitors from Israel, we have specific dietary preferences and do not eat many types of food, so we were a little concerned at first. However, the care, patience and attention we received were simply exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to understand our needs and help create meals especially suited for us, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing beach, relaxing atmosphere and great facilities. We believe it is perfect both for couples looking for a romantic getaway and for families with children. We are leaving with wonderful memories and already have a feeling that next year we may return again, this time with our children. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. ❤️

A well maintained resort right on the beach, not far from the airport. I stayed in a beach view room, which had a nice balcony, and a full size tub with a view. It seems primarily targeted at families with younger children. The pool is large but shallow (making it a little warm), there is a decent slide, and an artificial beach at one end, with children's music playing there one day of my stay. The other side of the pool is quieter. The beach is clean, has a lifeguard, the waves not too big, and there is quite a bit of shallow water before it drops off. I've seen some people complain about the lack of deckchairs. There were a little busy in the late morning - say 11am - but otherwise I didn't have any issues, even on a busy holiday weekend. The restaurants are good - nothing fancy - the beach facing one especially pleasant, and there is a good selection for breakfast, including western options. Service is good, not stellar, but perfectly acceptable. I was able to find a half board option online which I felt was good value. There are quite a few cats on the property. They are quite gentle.

As a Hyatt Globalist, I appreciated being able to check in and check out at the Regency Club. Both processes were smooth, efficient, and handled professionally.||One of the highlights of the stay was breakfast at the Regency Club. The selection was excellent, especially considering it was served in the club lounge rather than the main restaurant. The quality and variety exceeded my expectations.||The beachfront location is another major advantage. Morning walks along the beach were very enjoyable. The beach was clean, the sand was soft, and it provided a relaxing start to the day.||We also tried the Vietnamese restaurant during our stay. The food was decent, but it did not stand out compared to the many excellent local dining options available in Da Nang and Hoi An.||During happy hour, we had a few drinks at the bar. Unfortunately, the quality of the cocktails was disappointing and did not match the standard I expected from a Hyatt Regency resort.||Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The excellent club experience, Globalist recognition, and beautiful beachfront setting were the highlights. With some improvements to the food and beverage offerings, the resort could provide an even better experience.

It’s a fairly standard resort with good service provided. Good for families with kids as they have different amenities to entertain kids. My kids enjoyed pool and private beach. The lounge access was great quiet and convenient but with less food choices at brekkie. We booked lounge access but it didn’t include standard brekkie which was a bit of pain. In general the whole experience was good. Staffs are kind, room is tidy, Vietnamese coffee not the best(I don’t like it), their matcha coffee was nice which was a surprise.
