  My fiancé and I visited Long Bar and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service truly stood out. During our visit, I accidentally spilled a drink, and the staff immediately came over to help. They made sure we were safe and comfortable and quickly helped clean up the table without making us feel embarrassed at all. A special thank you to Trinh Nhi and Khang for their kindness and professionalism. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service like this is what makes a place memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend Long Bar to anyone looking for great drinks, a lovely atmosphere, and outstanding staff.

  This resort absolutely blew my mind. While the scenery and facilities were flawless, it was really the quality of the staff here that elevated this venue above its peers. To give an example, at Citron restaurant in the resort we were serviced by a waiter, Hunter, who went above and beyond to provide quality service. I was quite surprised to learn that this young man only started 3 months prior. I had a pleasant time thanks in part to Hunter and was quite impressed by his attention to detail. Also another waitress, named Thanh who was also very attentive. It was obvious to us that the staff here strive their hardest to ensure guests are well taken care of. Their hard work is very much appreciated. ❤️

  This hotel has a world-class location and amazing service. The view, staff, and the room are all excellent. The pictures don't describe how beautiful the location is. We were really impressed with how friendly the staff were and how well they took care of us. We were especially impressed with Nhi Cao in the Citron restaurant, who helped us take our most memorable photos from the resort! Highly recommend this hotel for the best service and experience!

  My stay at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by breathtaking scenery, world-class luxury, and an atmosphere of complete tranquility. The location is simply spectacular, nestled between lush mountains and the crystal-clear sea. Every detail exceeded my expectations. The service was truly outstanding, and the staff were incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. Their smiles, kindness, and attention to every detail made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the resort management and the team for their exceptional care when I wasn’t feeling well. Thank you for arranging a nurse to assist me and for continuously checking on my condition. Your compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern meant so much to me and my family. It was a true reflection of outstanding hospitality.   Beautiful hotel! The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The only minor issue I encountered was with the phone operators; for some reason, they seemed a bit rushed and quick to hang up while I was still trying to ask questions. Aside from that, it is such a relaxing place to stay. You can jump into the pool to cool off, or take a short walk straight to the private beach. Both the beach and pool areas offer excellent food and drink service. Plus, there is a dedicated adult pool if you want a quieter moment away from the kids. I definitely recommend this hotel!

  The resort is amaingly beautiful, the facilities are great, and the service was professional and well organized. We celebrated our anniversary here and it was fantastic. Special thanks to Vivian, Adam in the Executive Lounge and all staff in the Citron who served us with profession and warmth during breakfast time. Here everything was done properly but the only minor thing we felt could be improved is a more personal touch. The 5-star standardized luxurious service was polished and correct, but at times it could add more human touch to make the stay feel truly exceptional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall quality of the resort.

  A lovely property with a lovely vibe. For anyone considering booking, the Club Lounge is absolutely worth the additional cost and I would highly recommend it. It made our stay significantly more enjoyable and was a genuine highlight. The experience, service and offering were excellent — honestly, don’t change a thing with the club lounge. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the buffet breakfast in Citron was one of the most disappointing I have experienced at a hotel of this calibre. Both the range and quality need a complete rethink, as it did not reflect the standard expected from an InterContinental property. Secondly, while I fully appreciate that Vietnamese is the primary language, stronger English capability among most of the employees would improve the guest experience, particularly for an international hotel welcoming visitors from around the world. Another disappointment was that hotel guests are not able to use the spa facilities, including the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Many comparable hotels across Europe/Asia allow guests access to these facilities as part of their stay, so this felt like a notable omission for a property of this standard. My biggest criticism, however, is the additional charge for children (6 years old). Charging USD $200 per night for a child — USD $100 for breakfast and another USD $100 for a rollaway bed — is, frankly, extortionate. This appears to be a broader InterContinental policy rather than an issue specific to this hotel, but it needs to change. The only other point to consider is the location, which is not a criticism of the hotel itself. If your priority is being close to the city centre, this may not be the most convenient option, as the drive can take around 45–60 minutes each way depending on traffic. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, with the Club Lounge being the standout feature.

  My stay at InterContinental Danang was absolutely fabulous and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the attentive and professional staff made me feel truly welcome. The service was beyond exceptional, with every detail handled with care and efficiency. The food was outstanding throughout my stay. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and the pastries were especially delicious. Every meal was a treat and added so much enjoyment to the experience. My room was spotless, impeccably maintained, and featured one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The entire resort reflects a high standard of cleanliness and luxury. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the team did a wonderful job managing my celebration. Everything was organized perfectly, allowing me to relax and fully enjoy the occasion with my guests. A special thank you to Ritchie, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. He made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay and ensured that we were very well taken care of. I would also like to thank our butler, Lily, who was always just one call away and consistently checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. Their genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable. What stood out most was their sincere dedication to guest satisfaction. No matter how busy they were, they always made us feel valued and appreciated. More importantly, it never felt like they were simply doing their jobs out of obligation. You could genuinely see that they enjoy what they do and take pride in creating memorable experiences for guests. Their warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care came through in every interaction. The resort itself is simply breathtaking. Its layout and design blend perfectly with the surrounding nature, creating a seamless harmony between luxury and the environment. Every part of the resort feels thoughtfully integrated into the lush landscape, allowing guests to fully appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. Seeing the monkeys around the property was a memorable highlight and made the experience even more special. The resort amenities were equally impressive. From the beautiful beach and swimming pools to the well-maintained recreational facilities, there was always something to enjoy. Every amenity was thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, further enhancing the overall guest experience. Thank you to the entire team at InterContinental Danang for making my birthday celebration and vacation truly unforgettable. I look forward to returning in the future.
