We had an amazing stay at Melia Hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. A special thank you to Manager Lanh for the outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Lanh was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference and created a memorable experience for us.

The gym does not have air conditioning, only one machine aircon fan. Even though it is enclosed, it feels like a sauna in there and one cannot work out with the heat and limited 3 machines that they have compared to the Melia Hanoi one that has AC and many more machines. The shower often fluctuates temperature from boiling hot to ice cold without touching the control. These is a problem everyday across the 2 rooms we stayed at, meaning it’s not a fluke or just a one room issue. The staff are really nice and respectful. The location is a little far from main restaurants as there are only resorts around but is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. It is a good location if you only want to relax at the beach but if you want to go out, it is around a 20 minute drive. For the price point, they could definitely do better with the gym and fixing the weird water temperature in the room shower. There were also left over bandages stuck to the shower wall from a previous guest that was never cleaned or noticed by the cleaning staff. EDIT: the staff at this hotel are exceptional and very hospitable, personally reaching out to apologize for inconveniences and accommodating. i appreciate that very much and we had an overall very nice stay! :)

I enjoyed my stay at Melia Danang Beach Resort overall and would like to thank the team for their hospitality. The resort has beautiful grounds, including a lovely koi pond in the centre, and a stunning beach that I found myself returning to throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with both Da Nang and Hoi An easily reached by Grab, making it a great base for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options each morning, and the spa was a real highlight. I had both a massage and body scrub, which were excellent and incredibly relaxing. A special thank you to Hoa at the beach pool bar, who was always friendly, attentive and happy to help. There were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues during my stay, including a problem with the door battery and some aspects of my initial room that felt a little dated and not quite as clean as I had expected. However, I really appreciated how accommodating the team were when I requested a room change. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a solution, which made a big difference to my experience. Overall, the beautiful beach, relaxing atmosphere, excellent spa and helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay.

We stayed here 4 nights and honestly I am not blown away. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and there is literally no systems or processes when it comes to managing large groups of people. There are multiple pools but all sunbeds are occupied with people leaving for half a day and not using it at all just leaving the towels. There is staff next to each pool so no idea why they dont track this. It is 40 celusius degrees, we paid to use the pool and beach facilities but due to poor process and customer management we need to sit on an unconfortable chair for the whole day… would not come here again

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Melia Danang Beach Resort during our recent family vacation. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.||What truly stood out was the staff. Every member of the team was extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely warm. They went out of their way to assist us with everything, including arranging cars on time whenever we needed them, which made traveling with a big family very smooth.||Their hospitality and kindness made a lasting impression. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. All the best.

We arrived as part of a tour organised by Unique Tours and, having not chosen the hotel ourselves, were impressed. Hotel is in a beautiful beach setting with well-maintained landscaped gardens and wonderful staff. We decided to take advantage of an offer to upgrade to their Level experience (private lounge with refreshments, private check-in/out, private pool, bungalow accommodation nearer the beach, some private dining options) and were then booked into a beachside bungalow. Although this accommodation was very spacious I found it a little dark and was not keen on the ground level outdoor shower. This was just personal preference and not a reflection on the property. That said, on arriving at our bungalow we did have to ask for the hot water to be turned on and for a phone to be installed as it was missing however both issues were speedily addressed and resolved. It did appear that perhaps the room had been prepared in a hurry (hence 4* review). We decided to speak to Uyen in the Level private lounge about the possibility of moving to a room in one of the main buildings. She was extremely helpful and efficient and within half an hour we were in what we felt was much more suitable accommodation for us with an inside shower and a spotless, bright bedroom. A huge thanks to Uyen and her professional, reassuring manner! Later the management sent a personal note, cakes and fruit to the room by way of apology for any inconvenience and a discount was also applied to our account. The staff at the resort deserve special mention for their friendliness. We felt the dining options were good and convenient as we just wanted to chill at the beach. Thanks to everyone at Melia Danang Beach Resort and especially to Uyen and her colleagues in the Level lounge.

This is a good value beachfront hotel in Da Nang. The Staff are all excellent and very helpful. Good room service. The breakfast buffet has a good choice of cereals, pastries, hot buffet, yoghurts and fruit, though no sparkling wine. The Pools are pristine as is the beach and the hotel boasts a wide stretch of beach. There were a couple of days over Easter (hotel was busy) were there weren't enough sun beds so we had to have beanbags under an umbrella. We booked a sea view room with balcony but on arrival there were no balcony chairs or table (we like to have a drink at sunset on the balcony) Reception provided 2 chairs but we were told that we couldn't have a table! I noticed that the rooms on The Level all had balcony tables which was a bit annoying. We had a couple of meals at the hotel's beachfront restaurant and these were both very good, especially the Seafood buffet. Also the afternoon Sangria and nibbles are very nice. For the rest of the stay we eat out at local restaurants-there's not too much choice right opposite the hotel (Tip-turn RIGHT coming out the hotel and walk 400 yards to the traffic lights as it's far safer to cross the road). We got cheap Grab cabs to Da Nang which offers a huge choice of restaurants. Overall i would recommend the Melia as a good quality beachfront hotel offering good value

The hotel is modern and beautiful, the rooms were spacious and clean. Right on the beach with various choices for poolside bathing it was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and so varied. My only wish was that the food in the other restaurants matched the breakfast buffets quality and variety. All in all the stay was good though.
