  Real 5 star hotel. Everything dialed in. Even the disposable razors in the room have 3 blades. My first ever 100 sleep score. Gym has enough to do any workout you want. Views and location incredible. GM visible—walking around hotel and at breakfast. Believe the hype.

  We are a family from Korea and stayed here with our two children in a Family Room. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. During our stay in Da Nang, we visited the city center very frequently, and the hotel is close enough to make every trip convenient. From our Family Room, we could even enjoy a view of the Dragon Bridge, which made our stay even more special. What impressed us the most was the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. In my opinion, true hospitality is not simply about smiling all the time—it is about handling guests' requests accurately, efficiently, and with confidence. This was actually the main reason we chose to return to this hotel after staying here last year. After long and tiring days of travel, the staff always helped us quickly and efficiently whenever we needed assistance. Their competence made our family vacation much more comfortable and enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Diego and Chloe for their outstanding service. They were professional, helpful, and extremely capable throughout our stay. Please give them the recognition they deserve. Of course, all of the other staff members were also kind and welcoming. Some travelers may choose hotels closer to Han Market because they can walk everywhere, but I personally think those areas can be quite noisy. For us, Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront offers the perfect balance—close to the city center while still providing a comfortable and peaceful environment. Another advantage is its proximity to Vincom Plaza, which is a very convenient and comfortable shopping mall, especially for Korean travelers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. The location, facilities, and most importantly the excellent staff made our stay memorable, and we look forward to returning again.^^

  This was truly the best trip I’ve ever had to Vietnam, and I couldn’t leave without writing a review. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to help us with every issue we encountered, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast by the swimming pool was also wonderful and became one of the highlights of our stay. What touched me the most happened on our last day. We had to check out and head to the airport, but our Lotte Mart order, which we had placed the day before, still hadn’t arrived. We were anxiously waiting and worried that we might have to leave without it. Despite their busy schedule and the hotel being fully booked on a Saturday, Chloe and Thuan kindly called Lotte Mart on our behalf and continued to help us until the package finally arrived. Thanks to their dedication, we received our order and still made it to the airport without missing our flight. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care truly touched us. Chloe and Thuan are real gems of Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront, and words cannot fully express how grateful we are for everything they did. Thank you once again for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely choose Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront again on our next visit to Vietnam, and we look forward to experiencing your exceptional hospitality once more.

  After having such an incredible experience at Melia in Huế and Hà Nội, we decided to stay at Melia Đà Nẵng as well. Unfortunately, it ended up being the biggest disappointment of the three. The location is excellent, and the lobby is beautiful, spacious, and welcoming. It was also extremely busy during our stay, which may have contributed to some of the issues we experienced. The service, however, didn’t live up to what we had come to expect from the other Melia properties. We requested two extra blankets, but were told we could only have one. Even then, it took multiple phone calls and a long wait before it was finally delivered. We also needed an extra bottle of water to prepare formula for our baby, but were told they could only provide two bottles per room each day, so they couldn’t give us another one. When we asked for an iron, it also took several calls before one was delivered, and unfortunately it was broken. To top it off, the sink in our room wasn’t working properly. Maybe we were spoiled by the exceptional hospitality we received in Huế and Hà Nội, but this stay simply didn’t meet the same high standard. It was a disappointing end to what had otherwise been a wonderful experience with the Melia brand.

  I am still at the hotel writing the review. Am very happy to stay here for 4 nights per my friend's recommendation. My panoramic room has a terrific view spanning from thr Dragon bridge to the Han bridge. A small balcony with a drying rack is a nice touch for small item. Everything is squeaky cleanp. The service at the Han River 1 for lunch is superb. The set lunch sea bass meal is very good. At 450000 VND minus 150000 VND hotel guest discount is a bargain for a seabass dish including bread,salad and an excellent desert.|Few things to note are employees shouldn't be arguing loudly during the breakfast buffet. Also who comes up with a tiny comb in the amenities set. It's as long as your middle finger. |Special commendations of excellent performance to Miss Hieu, Hương , Tri ,Binnie and Miss Binh at the soup station|As I am trying to get coffee but there's a long line, I mention to Miss Huong that the coffee station is too busy, Miss Hương immediately ask me how I would like my coffee and offer to bring it to my table.|I will definitely stay here again

  We have traveled to many hotels worldwide, but our stay at Meliá Vinpearl Danang Riverfront was simply exceptional. From the very first second, we felt not only like guests but as part of a large family.||A huge thank you goes to the Guest Experience team, especially Mrs. Thoa and the Guest Experience Manager Mrs. Lilly-Dung Phan. We received excellent and competent advice on all our concerns – whether it was currency exchange, organizing taxis, or valuable excursion tips. Mrs. Thoa also touched us with such heartfelt cards and personal words, something we have rarely experienced in the service industry. She wrote that our warmth and positive spirit left a lasting impression on her – a compliment we can only return! It is people like Thoa and Lilly who truly bring the hotel's motto "Soul Matters" to life.||Although the hotel was very busy and hosted many guests, we never for a second felt that the service suffered from the volume. On the contrary: the entire front-office team and the staff in the breakfast room are excellently trained to cater to the needs of every single guest. We would especially like to thank Mrs. Hieu from the breakfast team, who treated us every morning with freshly ground coffee without even being asked.||Our Highlights:||The Panorama Experience: We stayed in the wonderful Panorama Executive Suite, Room 3502. The view from this high floor overlooking the Han River and the Da Nang skyline is absolutely breathtaking and provides an unforgettable backdrop.||Personal Gestures: The lovingly arranged touches in the room, such as the handwritten cards, the souvenir photo with the team, and the delicious dessert, made our stay very special.||Outstanding Service: Whether it was the offered late check-out until 3:00 PM or the daily, warm-hearted care – you feel perfectly taken care of here.||The hotel is also ideally located directly opposite Vincom Plaza. This was perfect for relaxed shopping at brands like Adidas, Ecco, or H&M and one last Matcha Latte (with an ice cream surprise!) at Highlands Coffee before our departure.||Anyone looking for luxury combined with genuine, deep hospitality in Da Nang should not miss the Meliá Vinpearl. Thank you to Thoa, Lilly, Hieu, and the entire team for these wonderful memories. We will definitely be back!

  Our stay at Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront was wonderful. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is absolutely perfect, situated right by the scenic Han River, making it easy to get around. A special shout-out to the incredible service team. They were attentive and welcoming, even surprising us with a lovely complimentary dessert right when we entered our room!The only small disappointment was that our request for a room facing the DIFF 2026 fireworks festival didn't materialize. However, the overall quality of the service and hospitality more than made up for it. We highly recommend this hotel!

  The location was absolutely perfect, situated right in front of the river with everything within easy walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable.The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more relaxing.Most importantly, the hotel staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.We stayed for two nights and had such a great time from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
