  Pros: Nice and clean hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. Excellent location, just cross the street to the beach and close to a convenience store. The bathroom has separate wet and dry zones. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection. Housekeeping Highlight: The cleaning service on the second day was incredibly thorough! It felt like stepping into a brand new room just like on my check-in day. Note on Noise: The sea view is partially blocked by a building. Also, I could hear some noise from the next room and a gathering nearby. It just depended on luck—if the other guests were quiet, it would have been a perfectly peaceful stay! Overall, a lovely hotel and highly recommended!

  If you want those gorgeous beachfront views without paying crazy luxury prices this hotel is pretty much the perfect sweet spot. It sits right across the street from My Khe Beach, giving you quite large rooms with incredible, unobstructed views of the sea that actually look like the photos. The staff are incredibly warm and genuinely responsive. If anything comes up they handle it right away and make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a huge spread of options and they even throw in nice perks like a complimentary welcome massage voucher in their Spa. It’s easily one of the best value-for-money spots in Da Nang.

  Very nicely situated with beautiful sea view from the room if you’re looking for a place that is right next to the sea and very close to other tourist destinations. Staff are friendly and attentive. Room is spacious and clean. The crystal might need some extra work for the room to have even better view but the rooftop with pool is a nice retreat with a great sea view too. Would stay here again when I come back to Da Nang

  Quite a nice stay with great service and location, and good food. Pros: - Spacious ocean view room with a huge, comfy bed. - Elite rain shower and toilet flush pressure. - Good breakfast spread with plenty of variety. - Fantastic staff who brought me a brand-new Panasonic hair dryer after I complained that the original one was essentially just blowing room-temperature whispers at my head. - 24/7 Mini-mart and Pharmacy open till 23:00hrs just below the hotel Cons: - Elevator, green-coloured pillow, showering section shared a very specific "musky/sour" scent that desperately needs to be retired. - Several ants decided to check into the room and bathroom with us. Advice to management: - Would be nice to add some nice fragrance to the public areas and rooms, and switch the bedroom flip-flops to rubber or silicone so guests know they've been sanitized. Overall a good stay, just needs a few tweaks!

  Hotel is in at good location. It is close to restaurants and across the street from the beach, but it is on a very busy street and could be a bit of a trek to get to the beach if you're also having to lug beach/ swim gear with you. We stayed in the deluxe twin room and while the room itself is good, the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from the neighboring room, and we were awoken several times from them talking. Front desk staff were okay and less friendly in comparison to the other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, but their staff at their restaurant for breakfast were fantastic. They were a overall 10/10. Breakfast buffet was very good, they had a great selection of Vietnamnese and western food, and they changed things up daily.

  You're really paying for the view. There are a lot of hotels along this strip, and the view is what truly makes this one stand out. At first glance, the hotel looks new and modern, but upon closer inspection, the quality doesn't quite hold up. Some of the light fixtures were poorly installed and were pulling away from the ceiling and walls. The carpet in our room had multiple stains, so l'd recommend bringing indoor slippers or sandals. Instead of disposable hotel slippers, they provide reusable flip-flops. The washroom also had noticeable stains in the harder-to-reach areas of the floor, and while looking for something I had dropped, I even found dead bugs tucked away in one of the corners. The hotel also hosts a lot of tour groups. If you happen to leave at the same time they do, expect a long wait for the elevator, as there's only one serving the building. One morning we went down for the breakfast buffet, only to find it completely packed with tour groups. Rather than managing the crowd, the staff asked us to come back an hour later. That left a bad taste, especially since the restaurant was open and hadn't been reserved exclusively for the tour groups. As paying guests, it didn't feel like individual travellers were given the same consideration.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the dining room staff at breakfast, they made breakfast time super enjoyable. The only downside was they hadn’t cleaned the room properly on arrival, so we faced with loads of cockroaches 😱😱😱 however when we complained they upgraded us to a higher level room that was perfect. The night shift lobby team were not great but the daytime staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all would recommend this hotel. Super location and great views.

  Very nice location, nestled near My Khe Beach and with convenient food stalls and restaurant.||Would like to extend my gratitude from the hotel staffs, from the front office area, up until the staffs from their pool bar. The housekeepers made sure they clean my room everyday and kept my amenities complete, the front office agents also made sure my needs were attended right away. They were all very helpful.||Very nice buffet selection every breakfast. Good food and attentive staff - especially Thuy Hien who always prepare our morning coffees. Very detail-oriented professional and smiles very warm.||Also the guy staff from the Lounge who always greeted us with warm smile all the time.||Will surely be back! Thank you for taking care of me for the past 7 days
