I absolutely love this café! The coffee is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly kind and gorgeous. They made us feel so welcome! She even surprised us with free cookies, which was such a sweet gesture. I celebrated my birthday here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect — cozy atmosphere, delicious coffee, and lovely people. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I had a very pleasant stay at Muong Thanh Grand Da Nang Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located, making it convenient for traveling around the city. What impressed me the most was the excellent service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Bao Tran from the Front Desk, who was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, she assisted me with a warm attitude and clear information, which made my stay much more enjoyable. Thanks to her support, I truly felt welcomed. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Da Nang.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Mường Thanh Grand Đà Nẵng Hotel. The room service was excellent — fast, clean, and always delivered with care. The food was delicious, and it felt great to enjoy a warm meal in my room after a long day exploring the city. What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff. I want to give special thanks to Ms. Bảo Trân from the reception, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Her warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Extremely Disappointing Experience Website photos and ratings don't translate in real life. It's a hotel where tourist guides drop off their clients. The hotel was warm inside, with hallways, elevators, and a musky smell throughout. I was very disappointed with the condition of my room. The bathroom had visible mold and mildew around the shower and fixtures, damaged wall coverings, rust stains, and poor overall cleanliness. There was evidence of water damage throughout the room, including a severely deteriorated bathroom door and damaged walls. The window and blinds were covered in dirt and dust, making it clear that basic cleaning and maintenance had been neglected. Several fixtures appeared worn, damaged, or improperly repaired. What made the experience worse was the lack of responsive service when these issues were reported. Guests expect a clean, safe, and well-maintained room, and unfortunately, this property failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and chaotic. I get it they don't speak English, but for a four-star hotel, they could use some English-speaking staff. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I urge the Department of Health, if they have it in Vietnam, to have this place checked.

When you walk I. Yo the hotel it’s like wow, such a great looking hotel, and the initial service was great but after that it all went wrong We got to the room, and it was a very nice room, apartment up the top, excellent view, nice decor etc, but the aircon was useless in the bedrooms, in the living area it was sort of ok but non existent in the bedroomsI called for help and someone came and they said it’s working but just because we are up high it’s really hot, their suggestion was to leave the hotel for a few hours and come back in the evening when the room was cooler - a bizarre suggestion as the job of the aircon is to cool down a hot environment After our insistence we were moved to a different apartment, on the same floor, the aircon in there worked perfectly ok, or as it should, so the reasoning given for the other room was incorrect The new room - it wasn’t as nice, but it was cooler so we took it, however the bedroom doors didn’t close properly and the beds moved when you sat on them and then the shower strength was so weak, my wife and daughter couldn’t wash their hair, and the water was coldI had heard of this hotel group and was meant to be really good, but I was left really disappointed and when we tried to ask for help the staff didn’t seem to care and got frustrated with us for asking for helpWe won’t use that hotel group again

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient access to Dragon Bridge and the nearby night market. The room was generally clean, and the overall stay was acceptable. However, I was disappointed that the lobby was not air-conditioned, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather. Some of the room facilities and furnishings also appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from renovation. One thing that surprised me was that bottled water provided in the room was chargeable, which is uncommon compared to many hotels in the same category.Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay thanks to its location, but improvements in guest comfort and room facilities would make the experience more better.

Very disappointing stay for a rated 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite old and cleanliness is definitely below average. The service we received was quite poor throughout our stay, and the location is far from the beach, which made logistics difficult for our family. The amenities were just baseline average, but everything else fell short. Definitely not worth it
