  Stayed at Pullman Resort Da Nang recently and the property truly delivers a premium beachside resort experience. The moment you enter, the entire atmosphere feels luxurious yet relaxed, with beautifully landscaped open spaces, modern architecture, and a calm tropical vibe throughout the resort. One of the best parts about the property is how seamlessly it blends the beach experience with contemporary hospitality. The direct beach access, large pool area, and open outdoor spaces make the resort feel spacious and peaceful even when occupied. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained with thoughtful detailing. The balance between modern interiors and warm hospitality creates a very relaxing environment, especially after spending the day exploring Da Nang or Hoi An. The staff throughout the resort are extremely polite, professional, and attentive. Service feels smooth and well trained without becoming overly formal. Whether at the reception, restaurants, or poolside, the hospitality consistently adds to the experience. The breakfast spread is extensive and beautifully presented with a mix of local Vietnamese and international options. The overall food quality across the resort is also quite good. What really stands out about Pullman Da Nang is the overall experience design of the property. Everything from the landscaping, lighting, beachfront setting, spatial planning, and hospitality works together to create a stay that feels calm, effortless, and premium. A wonderful resort if you are looking for a luxurious yet relaxed stay in Da Nang with great hospitality and beautiful beachside ambience.

  Hotel itself was nice but senior staff service were very poor. Reception manager wasn’t worried about customer satisfaction or our concerns. We tried the hotel restaurant this evening, I ordered fish and chips, I think 4 chips just about counts the 2 small fish pieces were just bigger than my fork. Thanking the Pullman for the responses. We fully appreciate the efforts the hotel went to supposedly investigating our concerns and it is our word against there’s and instead of putting the customer first they decided to make a poor customer services decision. Having spoken to other guests this seems to be a common theme. They still can’t explain how we knew all the details that were given to us about the supposed none issued vouchers from time to place and why but I guess the customers are always wrong at the Pullman. I would like to thankThanh and especially Phuong at the spa they have been amazing. They understand customer services very well, maybe worth considering some of them for senior management… Following continued effort by the hotel to resolve matters albeit towards the end of our stay they have taken onboard the concerns raised and hopefully things will improve if not for me with the couple of days left but for future guests. Updated and edited 3rd July 2026 from 3 to 5 stars I hope the improvement continues…..

  Without a doubt - best place to stay. 5 days at Pullman were excellent all the way. Staff: friendly, accommodating, helpful and knew just what we needed. We used all facilities and spent most of our time at the resort, which is unusual for us (we love to explore outside of our residence). It felt like home. Two restaurants with totally different views and atmospheres. Food was outstanding; good representation of cultural food options. Immaculate gardens which were maintained beautifully. Pool amenities were good too. Over looking the beach with drinks and snack options ready at hand. Spa experience was very good but I did feel the one hour massage was a little rushed. It was still very good; as I have a weekly massage at home, I may week a horse critically on this matter. I still recommend the serve, lovely facilities. We absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Beach Resort. 10/10.

  What an amazing stay at the Pullman Da Nang. We spent 7 nights here on an all-inclusive stay & could not have asked for anything more. The food & drinks were outstanding, seriously no one can eat 7 meals a day! Everything was made fresh & such an excellent quality. The staff at the Pullman are the best in the tourism industry. We met such wonderful staff, every time we came into contact with any staff member, they always greeted us with a warm smile & hello. We had a garden view room on the ground floor, which was spacious, quiet & cleaned to a high standard every day. We used their spa facilities twice, a massage & foot/leg massage, which were equally as good. The location is perfect, on the beach, close to convivence stores, massages, restaurants (should you need it) Anna's laundry and coffee shops. The swimming pool was perfect, great size & a spot on temperature, which we spent most of our days & relaxing or on the sandy beach under an umbrella. A special shout out to just some of the most amazing staff here for making our stay truly memorable & providing us the best service... Daisy (Breakfast room manager) Thien & Hien (Poolside bar) Dinh, Hazard, Ly (Azure Restaurant) Chau (Spice Restaurant) plus the female evening manager at Espice Restaurant (sorry we forgot your name) to name just some. We would also like to thank the welcome team for the special anniversary surprise of fruit, wine & a cake in our room, which was so much appreciated by us. We can't wait to return; you have us hooked!

  Fantastic stay at Pullman! This is a lovely hotel with an amazing beach! Thanks for our warm welcome from Jenny the duty manager who helped us check in and access our room early, she really was very helpful. Special thanks to Thien at the beach bar, he was so enthusiastic, his attention to detail for all his customers and drive to ensure they all had a an enjoyable experience was admirable. The beach at the hotel was gorgeous, so clean and beautiful. I used the spa and again was delighted with the treatment and overall experience. Thank you also to Vu who drove us back to the airport and was so friendly and informative on all aspects of Danang. What really stands out is the staff at Pullman, sincere thanks to them all!

  A Resort That Gets Every Detail Right With over 1,200 hotels to choose from in Danang, Pullman Danang Beach Resort was an easy favourite. The property is impressively large and offers direct beach access, which most hotels here simply don't have. Even in June, at the height of the season, the beach in front of the resort never felt crowded. A few things that really stood out: - Complimentary water sports equipment, including kayaks and paddle boards, which added so much to my beach days. - A convenient shuttle to Hoi An, the UNESCO heritage village, that made exploring effortless. - Everything ran smoothly, with the team proactively arranging each detail before I had to ask. - A wonderful breakfast with plenty of high-protein options. My tip: be sure to try the Vietnamese three-layer coffee. - Helpful staff who happily arranged sightseeing for me, taking the stress out of planning. Although Danang is a lively, busy city, the resort itself felt wonderfully calm and quiet. The fitness room was perfectly equipped, and the staff were genuinely the friendliest I've encountered anywhere. The weather in June was perfect too, no rain and pleasant humidity, and after just three days I came away with a lovely golden tan. It was a thoroughly memorable stay, and I'm certainly coming back.

  My stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning beachfront views, fantastic facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality from every member of the team. The staff are among the warmest and most professional I have experienced at any property. A very special thank you to Guest Experience Manager Thao and her amazing team for going above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and valued. It was also a pleasure meeting General Manager Agnaldo during the special evening organised by the hotel for Accor Platinum and above members — truly a highlight of my trip and a wonderful gesture that reflects the resort’s commitment to guest experience. Every detail throughout my stay was handled perfectly, and the genuine friendliness of the staff made me feel at home. I highly recommend Pullman Danang Beach Resort and cannot wait to return again soon. A true 5-star experience!

  Really enjoyed the stay! Excellent Service Staff. Enjoyed the coffee at the Chill-Out Lounge. Best coffee I had at Da Nang - nothing else comes close. Excellent facilities - Pool waters crystal clear. Excellent gym - air-con was cold enough and air-replacement system good. Cold Air-con. Good air filtration.
