  Lovely hotel, overlooking the river and Dragon bridge. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with big shower. Great buffet breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. I am lactose intolerant so they arranged to get soya milk when I asked (if you have any special dietary needs I’d suggest you contact the hotel before arrival as I’m sure they’d go out of their way to accommodate you) Pool area is lovely, nice and quiet and chilled. Didn’t have time to visit the spa. Dieu always welcomed us with a smile whenever we came and went. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

  Have a pleasant 2-night stay with my family. We were served with welcoming staffs and a welcome drink is offered. Room is spacious and clean, location is great, convenient with walking distance local and international food options. Nice city view from the window. The hotel is located within walking distance to Dragon bridge as well, you can see the hotel when riding the boat. What really impressed me is the surprise from the hotel which they put a birthday cake on our table with some deco made from towel, and a handwritten note from the staff, since it’s my sister birthday (which we believe they noticed that upon registration process where our passport indicated DOB). It’s such a sweet gesture that create such wonderful memory to us, as we had usually travel to celebrate birthday and Vanda Hotel really made the effort to show appreciation to guests and it really made our day 🥰 also, they do provide complimentary chocolate to guests everyday in a lovely box, small gift that really made our stay feel special 💕 We reported issue of the door lock in one of the rooms at the front counter, and the maintenance staff arrived with tools and replaced the lock within 5mins. Superb!! The staffs at front counter, concierge area and room keeping are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast is just mediocre, not really to our liking as some of the dishes were overcooked, and not much options. But I love the beverage options of juices and coffee, the ice coffee tastes really good! The staffs at the breakfast did not engage much and no courtesy to check if we have finish before taking off the plate from the table. Kudos to the male manager (didn’t get his name), he is very helpful and do everything full-heartedly, he took care of the beverage section and kept mopping the floor whenever he notice the floor is wet to avoid slipping incident and walk around the dining area to ensure everything is well kept. Recommended hotel to stay 🩷

  I booked a 3 night stay here and was very happy with my choice. The location was perfect. We were on the calmer side of the bridge I would say. Plenty of walking distance places to eat and drink. Love all the self taking photo shops nearby. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well designed. We got the suite with the dragon bridge view, so I would highly recommend. They offered a complimentary 30 min foot massage and that was fantastic after a long day of walking. The service here was 10/10 and they even booked us a complimentary ride to the airport. The front desk girls were super nice and helpful. Appreciate you three ladies (Huyen, Trinh, and Vy) for a wonderful stay! I will be back next time!

  Loved our stay here! ​This hotel is very beautiful and clean. The location is great because there are many restaurants nearby, and we could easily walk to the main tourist spots. ​The staff were super nice and helpful. Also, the breakfast was amazing. They had a lot of choices, and the menu changed every day. ​highly recommend this place

  Stayed 2 nights with Travel company Ace Tours. Reception, Housekeeping Service, Staff, Room all very good. Breakfast buffet choices very good. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful, and not overbearing. Dishes cleared away efficiently . Special mention to the manager and to Linh Sa. Mr & Mrs Lee Room 802

  Vanda Hotel right in the middle of Da Nang. The room was really nice and breakfast was exeptional and the room was always clean. The Spa offered a really relaxing and nice massage. Top View bar had nice view of Da Nang. The staff are all very helpful and serviceminded and if you have any complance or matters they are quick to respond and solve any matters. I got real god value for my money for the service.|Even thougt there was a lot of traffic outside, you couldn´t hear it inside the hotel.|If you ever go to Da Nang try Vanda Hotel I recomend you to stay on this hotel it´s worth it.

  Lovely room with a great view of the Han River. The location is excellent, just at the junction of the tail of the dragon bridge. Walk across the bridge and there is a mid size night market with food and shopping. There is Macs, Gongcha, a pizza place and miniso just beside the hotel. The bed a large though the mattress is too soft for me. Bathroom looks a bit worn. But overall a great and comfortable stay. Breakfast spread is decent and caters to all tastes. The bell captain Dieu is super friendly and provided great service.

  We had an amazing stay! The dragon bridge view was absolutely awesome and made our experience even more memorable. The little gesture of giving me a birthday cake made me feel really special and appreciated. The buffet breakfast was top notch with plenty of delicious options. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
