  Had an amazing time at the Wink Hotel Danang (Unscripted). The hotel is incredibly stylish, modern, and has a great vibe. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. A special shoutout to Tan Pham His exceptional hospitality, warmth, and helpfulness made my stay extra special. Clean rooms, great location, and top-notch service. 10/10 – I will definitely be back!

  Very clean, hygienic, guest friendly atmosphere, situated centrally. Shoutout to the staff members who are young and dynamic. Special thanks to Hotel Supervisor Ms. Linh & her team, Ms. Lan anh & Tannie (all 3 in picture). These guys rock and strive so hard to keep the service level high. Keep up the good work.

  I loved this hotel. I am so glad it is now one of Hyatt's brands. The hotels feels very new and fresh. My room was small, but very efficiently designed and comfortable. I got upgraded to a high floor corner room and the views from both windows were spectacular, especially that of the Dragon Bridge. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My special thanks go to Ren and James, who welcomed me so warmly to the hotel. Breakfast is good, with, I think, enough choices for all tastes. It can be crowded at times and a bit chaotic, but I had no problems getting a table. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the pink Da Nang Cathedral, Han market, river promenade and the Dragon Bridge. Lots of very nice restaurants, spas, nail salons and coffee shops. There is a very good optometrist shop within about 7-8 minutes walking distance from the hotel, where you can get glasses and sunglasses made for your prescription at very reasonable prices. All in all, a very enjoyable stay at Wink Danang Centre and I can highly recommend it.

  Very good service and location. The staff was always very helpful and quick to assist. The breakfast was very good with many options. The views and 24 hour facility was very helpful especially with the work room, gym and laundry on the top floor. In a very good central location to many shops. Thank you for all the help during the stay.

  I had a great stay overall and would happily stay here again. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. The Dragon Bridge and the Han River are just a short walk away, and there are plenty of markets, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. It’s also easy to get around by taxi or bike. The hotel offers a free shuttle to both the beach and Wink Riverside (on a fixed schedule). The shuttle driver deserves a special mention—he was incredibly kind, cheerful, and always made the ride enjoyable. As a guest at Wink Centre, I was also able to use the facilities at Wink Riverside, including the spa and swimming pool. The pool is quite small and only about 1.2 meters deep, but the view is absolutely beautiful, making it a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was good, with a wonderful view from the dining area. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel provides plenty of towels in different sizes, the TV works well with YouTube access, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. I was also impressed by the soundproofing—I never heard any noise from other rooms, which made the stay very peaceful. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything I needed. The only downside was the cleanliness. The bed linen didn’t always seem to be changed regularly, and the floors were not always as clean as I expected. Also, while the hotel isn’t within walking distance of the beach, the free shuttle makes getting there much more convenient. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel with an excellent location, great amenities, and outstanding staff. It offers very good value for money, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again.

  The room is quite small, but still decent and comfortable for a solo traveler. I also noticed that there were many Korean guests staying at the hotel, which gave the place quite an international vibe.Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location is very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance, including Han Market and the Pink Church. It is also only about a 10–15 minute drive to both the airport and Danang Beach.There are plenty of eateries, salons, and spas nearby as well, making it very convenient for travelers. Overall, it is a good choice for those looking for a centrally located and value-for-money stay.

  Wink Danang Centre, among many other Wink-branded hotels throughout Vietnam, belongs to the Unscripted brand within Hyatt’s Essentials portfolio. The concept of this brand is to offer boutique-style, locally-inspired and tech-enabled hotel experiences right in the heart of the action with convenience and contemporariness. Focusing on essential comforts through its room design and service offering, this Wink property is well designed for those who value flexibility over the cookie-cutter approach. Everything is kept simple and straightforward. The room, though small in size, is cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. There are no fancy amenities in the room, yet with the premium bedding and high-speed WiFi guests could rest up and fuel up after a long day. Breakfast was served at the main restaurant on 19/F, with tasteful options and spacious seatings. Another standout feature across the Wink hotels collection in Vietnam is the offer of 24-hour use of room, not only to World of Hyatt Globalists but all guests, which is often branded as “Wink24”. This concept of ultimate flexibility overturned the conventional checkin-checkout policy and became the brand signature favourable to modern travellers. Guests may check in whenever they arrive and are entitled to a full-day use of room from that moment. Checkout time would then be exactly 24 hours after checkin. In perfect alignment with the operational philosophy of the “Unscripted” brand, this policy is particularly beneficial for those on late-night flights, with unpredictable itineraries or even prefer following their own whims rather than rigid plans. I would like to give a thumbs-up to this policy, an absolutely long-awaited one. This was my first stay with Wink hotels, and the experience was surprisingly seamless and pleasant. On my next visit to Vietnam, no matter Danang or elsewhere, I will consider staying with Wink hotels again for sure.

  Nice stay within the city center. Only minor thing was room kinda had a musty smell but it’s fine. This is a no frills hotel and quite small but gets the job done when you’re out all day exploring. They have an amazing view on the 19th floor and it’s also the hotel checkin lobby. Kinda gives that young Aloft vibe but several notches lower. Definitely would consider for a future visit.
