  Location is accessible and easy to find, on top of Tanjong Pagar mrt. The classes are well paced for beginners and gives insights on local/daily context instead of following strictly by textbook. Class size is also kept reasonably small and comfortable to give more customisability and time to ask questions and practice in a non awkward setting Teacher Ms Linh is very supportive n easy to approach, and shares insights into local culture and context. Would recommend to all who want to pick up Vietnamese either seriously, or just for interest.

  It’s quite a fun environment to learn about Vietnamese language. Teacher Linh is also very nice and friendly. Lessons are available both on site and online which is nice as i can choose where to attend the lessons. Sufficient learning materials are provided too

  Highly recommend! I took my beginner vietnamese lessons with Cô Linh, she was really patient and even took the time to create quizzes which really helped in memorising vocabulary. Really appreciate the effort put into each class planning. Thank you Cô Linh! ❤️

  Teacher is experienced and very friendly and helpful. Makes it encouraging for us to learn as beginners. Location of school is very central and therefore convenient. Mode of hybrid learning also allows flexibility for students in case they cannot attend physical classes. Materials provided are comprehensive as well since they provide not just the vocabulary but also how to pronounce it. Makes it manageable to learn the language this way. Teacher also has some additional slides to supplement the textbook. If I’m not wrong the classes are kept small so that’s a plus point too! Can also use skillsfuture to pay for the course so that was a bonus for me too. :)

  I had a wonderful experience learning in Mrs Linh’s Vietnamese Explorer Language class. She is extremely professional, well-prepared, and creates a very comfortable learning environment for everyone. What stands out most is her patience — she takes the time to explain pronunciation and concepts clearly, making sure no one feels left behind. Her lessons are engaging, encouraging, and perfect for beginners who want to build confidence step by step. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn Vietnamese in a supportive and enjoyable way!

  The class is ideally located and conducive. Lesson was well planned, going at suitable pace and with great examples to make learning easier. Teacher Ms Linh is patient and helpful and good native speaker. Great use of quiz for check in on our understanding. I enjoy all my lessons with the class.

  Overall throughout the Vietnamese language 1 classes that I had with Teacher Vân Anh, I find it to be very interactive, engaging & enjoyable even in a hybrid setting in the physical classrooms and online zoom meeting lessons. She is a very patient, passionate & encouraging teacher that always ensure at every lesson that her students can keep up with the pace by not going too fast and also make sure that no one in her class gets left behind. She would also share the northern & southern viet pronunciation for certain common words for us to know and apply in our conversations. On top of that, she will also prepare some additional slides and exercises to let us practice more in depth than what the book material have in terms of content wise. She would also show us how we can learn this language in a more flexible manner, recapping all the past topics from earlier chapters that we had learnt and apply it throughout the later chapters as well. Cảm ơn cô giáo Vân Anh rất nhiều!

  Teacher Vanessa is an exceptional Vietnamese teacher who is both dedicated and passionate about her students’ learning. She is very detailed and meticulous in her explanations. What makes her lessons especially valuable is that she often goes beyond the textbook, teaching additional useful content either on her own initiative or based on our requests. Besides learning the language she has also taught us a lot on Vietnamese culture which makes lessons very interesting.
