  Incredibly good service. Laundry was picked up from the hotel and delivered once finished. The laundry was folded very carefully and had a pleasant scent. We paid 119,000 Dong for 3.5 kilos of laundry, including pickup and delivery, plus a tip for the excellent service. Highly recommended.

  Great experience: I contacted this family business via whatsapp, everything was done within 24h at a competitive and transparent price. Clothes were picked up and dropped off at the hotel where I was staying. One white shirt very dirty was saved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recommend this family business

  Fantastic laundry service! We are staying at Hoi A Beach resort and they came to collect and then dropped off our laundry! We needed some trainers cleaning and it was all turned around in 24 hours. We left the money with reception, and they collected this as they did the drop off. It was all communicated via WhatsApp. Highly recommend this service! We have clean laundry to go home with!

  We were staying at Silk Sense Resort and needed to get some laundry done, so we contacted Dao Laundry Services. I was amazed by the service. The owner arrived on time to collect our clothes and, as promised, delivered them the very next day. What really impressed me was the quality of the work. My kids’ clothes had several stains on their shorts and T-shirts, and when we received them back, all the stains were completely gone. The clothes were neatly folded and carefully wrapped as well. The pricing was very cost-effective, and overall the service was outstanding. If we return to Hoi An, we will definitely use Dao Laundry Services again. Highly recommended.

  I stayed at the Palm Beach resort. I contacted the laundry via WhatsApp. They collected from my hotel reception and dropped off the next day. Great communication and service. Clothes were folded and fresh. Recommended

  WOW!!! Mother and daughter team at Ðào Laundry Service, and they are nothing short of amazing!!! Great communication, always quick to respond. Very affordable pricing. Free pickup and delivery. Clothes come back perfect! Honestly, I’ve spent about 20 years on the road, and this is by far the best laundry experience had to date. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

  Stayed at Vinpearl Resort, about 20 miles away. Was able to coordinate through WhatsApp with company. Sent and delivered via Grab. Could not have been easier and the clothes were clean and fresh! Prices were a fraction of what the resort charges.

  Our laundry came back on agreed time and was really nice smelling. However, it was not properly washed (some of the stains were still visible after) and to top it off, new stains appeared on white tshirts, that very possibly might never go off. Also, detergents they are using are not great for sensitive skin. We were really disappointed as reviews for the service were actually really great. We can only recommend avoiding this place.
