  Never thought a laundry shop could put so much love and care into their service! All our clothes smelled so nice and were carefully and neatly folded 🤍 Even our underwear were separately packed in a plastic. Thank you for the best laundry experience ever!

  The cleanest/freshest my clothes have felt throughout my travels!! Thank you all so much for a lovely service finally my clothes smell and feel fresh and clean! Very easy just hand over your clothes write your name down and pick them up a few hours later! Everything was folded lovely and put underwear in a separate bag!

  Been coming here for a couple years now every time I’m in da Nang, no matter where I stay. Great service, never anything wrong, have all kinds of clothes and they treat it with care. Always smells great and served with a smile! They also always keep improving! Started as a small shop and keeps growing, congrats keep it going bro! Thanks for all the clean laundry 🧺🥳🥳

  Best place to get your laundry done. Lau dry was ready after 24 hours and they're so friendly. The prices are excellent, too!

  Clothes smelt fresh an folder nicely and they separated my drying as I asked due to items shrinking. Very reasonable price a fast service available. Very sweet gesture with the coconut snacks a little business card.

  I love this little family run business. Every drop off I make is welcomed with a smile and a promise to be ready in 24hrs.My washing is always washed and clean, neatly folded and packaged ready for me to collect and the scent of the washing is amazing. I’d highly recommend anyone bring their washing here.

  I used this laundry service 2–3 times. At first, everything seemed quite good — the clothes were folded nicely and smelled fresh. On my third visit, I gave them another batch of clothes, including one of my nicest shirts. When I picked up my laundry and unpacked it at home, I immediately noticed that the shirt was missing. I went back to the store, and to their credit, they handled the situation well. The owner acknowledged the mistake right away, checked the CCTV footage, and even sent me a video showing him folding my shirt and accidentally putting it into someone else’s laundry bag. They also offered me a refund. However, the shirt would cost around €60 (about 2 million dong), and I don’t want to charge a small family business that amount. Also, sometimes it’s not just about the money — it’s about having your favorite shirt with you on vacation. This is actually the only reason I’m giving two stars — they handled the mistake professionally. However, losing a customer’s clothing should never happen. Because of that, I simply can’t fully trust the store anymore and unfortunately can’t recommend it.
