  I was just staying along the road, and thought I would pop in and see if they could wash/dry clean some clothes of mine (which had been getting pretty badly sweaty, from this Vietnamese summer heat). I thought they did a fantastic job, and compared to back home in Scotland it is incredible value. I would defiantly recommend using them.They are honest and reliable and good at their jobs. And most importantly, they all seemed lovely and friendly both times I have popped by. Thank you, I will be back soon.

  What a great experience! They responded to text messages and phone calls immediately. Very good English was spoken. Made it very easy to deliver my laundry back to the hotel even though I was not there would definitely use Susan‘s laundry anytime. We stayed at the Hyatt Dana and it was 1/10 of the cost so they are so 12 and five they’re 17 hours behind us p.m. Sunday night so it’s 12 o’clock noon you go to 12:00 PM and then five so it’s 17 hours of the hotel laundry and they pick up and delivered.

  We were extremely happy with the service from Susan’s Laundry during our stay in Da Nang. Communication was responsive and professional from the outset, and the turnaround time was impressively fast, including for dry cleaning items. Despite our hotel being located outside the city at the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, collection and delivery were handled smoothly and efficiently. Our clothes were returned clean, neatly presented, and exactly when promised. We highly recommend Susan’s Laundry to anyone visiting Da Nang and would definitely use their service again on a future trip.

  We have had the best experience with Susan today, she collected our clothes from our hotel within 15 minutes of messaging. She was informative and explained the process, the clothes were back at my hotel in the evening. She has done a fabulous job, fresh clothes all folded and packed. I am very impressed with her services, clean, fresh and a lovely smell to the clothes. 10/10! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful service. Best in Danang!

  Susan’s Laundry Service was fantastic — great value, excellent service with collection and delivery to our hotel, and a really quick turnaround. They were a huge help for our family of five midway through our trip when we desperately needed to get on top of the washing. Everything came back clean, fresh, and neatly folded. Highly recommend for anyone travelling in Da Nang and needing reliable laundry service!

  I had a laundry emergency several days ago. They place we moved into had a non-functioning washing machine and the blankets and bedding the cleaners had started were left soaking unable to spin dry. We had nothing to sleep with. Following morning, I frantically messaged all the laundry services which Google provided. The only one able to provide same day service was Susan's Laundry. I decided to drop the huge bag of laundry to Susan's myself as I didn't feel comfortable having someone pick up heavy wet laundry on their motorbike. I did not realize how far Susan's Laundry was in relation to where we are staying. 4.4km seemed really far considering there are usually laundry services around the corner, everywhere. But this was an emergency! They were SO nice! Even though I was only able to communicate via Google translate, the lady was so accommodating assuring me that we would have clean bedding that night. She promised a 5pm pick up. At 4.30pm, I messaged to confirm that my laundry was ready at 5pm. It was! I set off in a Grab and picked up my clean laundry at 5.20pm. Everything was done. Susan's Laundry was simply amazing, coming to the rescue! If you're in the Cam Le area (or not) I highly recommend Susan's Laundry for your laundry service! Very reliable!

  Susan's laundry service ws excellent! We arrived in Da Nang in the afternoon and there was no problem. The communication was quick and easy through whatsapp and service was same day turn around! Pick up was from the hotel ...highly recommend the service...prices are very reasonable too 👍👌🏆
