  Highly recommend! The laundry was very clean with a pleasant, high-quality detergent scent. Each item was neatly folded, and the service was super fast—about 3 hours. I had a lot of clothes from my trip to Hoi An and needed them before my 4pm check-in at Hyatt. Ms. Ly was incredibly kind and helpful—she came to pick up my laundry at the door within 15 minutes. By 7pm, everything was ready and perfectly organized. I was very impressed by her professionalism and dedication.

  Lyly did a wonderful job of our families laundry! We are a family of four from Canada with 2 teenagers and the laundry was piling up quickly. She picked up all our laundry 45 minutes after I messaged. I asked for three loads, which I had separated, whites, colors, darks. She did this efficiently and returned all the laundry, same day by 5:00. She was pleasant and price was fair. Highly recommend!

They were also very careful with sorting—items that needed drying and those that shouldn’t be dried were handled separately with great attention.   I used Giặt Ủi LyLy Laundry in Da Nang for my clothes and I was very happy with the service. My laundry came back clean, fresh and nicely scented, perfectly washed and carefully handled – exactly what you expect from a professional Laundry Service in Da Nang. Everything was sorted properly, packed well and ready on time. The price–performance ratio is excellent. Compared to many other laundries in My An / An Thuong / Ngu Hanh Son, the prices are fair, transparent and absolutely worth it. The staff is friendly, helpful and reliable, which makes the experience even better. Also, the punctuality was great – drop-off and pick-up were exactly as promised, which is ideal for travelers. I highly recommend LyLy Laundry to tourists, expats, long-term visitors and digital nomads in Da Nang who want a dependable, clean, fast and affordable laundry solution.   We use this laundry every time we come to Danang. The reason we keep coming back is the lovely friendly service and the superb service provided. The clothes always come back immaculately clean and neatly folded and smelling fresh clean and lovely. I'll never go anywhere else. Back in Danang and straight round here to get my laundry done. Even took my runners in to get cleaned, didn't recognise them when I collected them, if the soles weren't worn you would swear they were brand new.

  The best laundry service in town. Highly recommend!! my clothes came out looking spotless. The prices are very affordable, staff is professional, and they really take the time to fold everything perfectly. You can tell they care about the details. The owner is also super friendly and welcoming, which adds a personal touch to the experience. She came to pick up my clothes despite the rain. highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and efficient laundry service!

  Ly Ly shop is my neighborhood place, always excellent and friendly service, on time, and clothes folded better than I can do myself... :-) And smelling so clean. There are several laundry shops in this area, but Ly Ly is the best.
