  Very good service! I messaged them on Facebook in English and they were quick to respond. I left our dirty laundry bags at our hotel reception last night and they collected shortly afterwards. This afternoon they told me the price and I gave cash to reception who paid the staff member when our laundry was delivered this evening. It cost only 100,000VND with delivery included (20,000/kg). Items are clean , neatly folded and smell great! Exactly the service that we needed.

  I’ve been using Happy House Laundry for almost a year now, and they are consistently excellence. I Just leave my laundry the hotel lobby and they come pick it and drop it off the next day. The clothes always come back perfectly folded and fresh. If you’re staying at a hotel and need a professional laundry solution, I highly recommend them.

  Very happy with service. They were quick to respond to my inquiries on WhatsApp, picked up from my hotel, and also delivered back to hotel on the same day. They told me the time it will be finished and how much it will cost. I gave the money to my hotel front desk and everything was sorted out for me so I did not need to stay at the hotel to wait for them to come. Clothes came back cleaned and folded. Would highly recommend :)

  The owner is super friendly and service was very efficient. We needed our clothes washed and dried by early next morning and agreed on 8am. However, I called up asking if it can be delivered earlier as I needed to leave by 6am. She came and delivered it within the next hour🥹♥️ She also offers pickup and drop off clothes to the hotel too! Our clothes are always returned smelling fresh, neatly folded and ironed. Highly recommend!!

  Excellent laundry service We needed express service, on a public holiday. No problem at all. Promot collection at 4pm, returned beautifully clean and folded next 11am as requested. Fee was quite reasonable, given holiday. Excellent communication via Watsapp Recommend highly.

  They did excellent service. Clothes were clean folded and smelled fresh. They are quite popular with the hotels in the area. I was staying at Mariott courtyard Han river . They are a mom and pop business that why they do so well. Pricing is fair considering the service that they provided. Pick up was dry fold drop off Will use them again next time

  While visiting Da Nang we dropped off our laundry at Happy House Laundry. They were very nice, fair priced, and did a terrific job. They even brought the laundry back to us at our hotel when it was finished. I highly recommend Happy House Laundry for your laundry needs in Da Nang!

  I used Happy House Laundry for the first time and was genuinely pleased. They offered pickup and delivery service, which was incredibly convenient. The pricing was fair — 20,000 VND per kilo — and everything felt smooth and easy. Because of that positive first experience, I used them again the following week for the same service and roughly the same number of kilos. This time, however, things changed. They picked up my laundry without mentioning any change in pricing. I fully expected to pay the same 80,000 VND for 3 kilos like as before. It wasn’t until they were delivering my clothes that I was suddenly told the price had increased to 120,000 VND. There was no prior notice. No message. No updated quote before pickup. Nothing. It's not the price, it's the principle. Changing the price after the service has already been collected — and waiting until delivery to inform the customer — is not good business practice. Transparency matters. If prices change, customers deserve to know before committing to the service. I even brought up my disappointment, but there was no effort to correct the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience. That lack of accountability was more disappointing than the price increase itself. I can’t say why the pricing changed or whether it was because they recognized I was a foreign customer, but regardless of the reason, communication should always come first. Consistency builds trust. Surprise charges break it. Because of this experience, I will not be using their service again, and I would advise others to clarify pricing in writing before pickup to avoid unexpected changes. Convenience is great. Fair pricing is great. But transparency and integrity are what keep customers coming back — and unfortunately, that was missing here.
