  Extremely clear pricing and quality laundry. See pics for how transparent everything is. We had a mix of colours whites and blacks that we know we have washed at home together, and the laundry people did as we requested (using Google translate) : 30 degrees wash and low heat dry. Extremely happy that 3kg of laundry done for 3*16k vnd. We tipped them and rounded up to 50k. All clothes returned clean and no marks or rips. We dropped off at 8pm after dinner and picked up at 10am next day. The moped prices are 100k per day, which we might try out later.

  The family (I guess it's a family) working there are such nice people. With the help of Google Translator, I managed to communicate the request to dry with low heat. Pay in cash. The prices are reasonable and affordable

  100% recommended. I paid 20k per kg because of the Lunar New Year, but it absolutely worth. Forgot to pick up and went day after. Very friendly stuffs. 🩵

  Throughout my stay in Da Nang, I used this laundry service. My clothes were always well washed, neatly folded and smelled lovely. I highly recommend it

  I visited Happy Laundry and was very pleased with the service. The young lady who served us was extremely friendly and helpful — my son was a little taken by her but far too shy to ask her out 😊 We dropped off two 3 kg bags of laundry at around 10 am and were able to pick everything up the same day at 5 pm, which was fantastic. All the clothes were washed, neatly folded, and smelled great. The pricing was very reasonable. From memory, we paid around 20,000 VND per kg with a 3 kg minimum, which is excellent value for same-day service. I’d highly recommend using this laundry if you’re visiting Da Nang. Don’t pay hotel prices — go local, deal directly, and give them a little extra if you’re happy with the service. Well worth it.

  I had a great experience with Happy Laundry. My clothes were perfectly cleaned and neatly folded, with fast turnaround and friendly service. Their pick-up and delivery made it super convenient, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend!

  I was completely dissatisfied with the quality. In addition to the fact that the laundry initially lost my underwear (which, fortunately, was returned), they also mixed up a t-shirt, giving us someone else’s item. There were stains on my clothes, and a seam on my shirt came apart. The price for 3 kg was 44,000 VND — very cheap, but the damage exceeded this amount. Be careful.
