  My wife searched for a good laundry place near our hotel and found Hoi An Laundry with 5 stars rating. This place definitively deserves the high rating. Service was excellent. They delivered it to our hotel. Great communication through whatsapp. We did 3kg of laundry and a pair of sneakers. Everything came back the next day in excellent condition. Go here and support this place. They are honest and trustworthy. We had a bad experience with one of the laundry service across from the Son Hoi An. The place falsified the weight of our laundry (we know this because we actually weighed the laundry ourselves with a digital scale). We did not make a fuss over it but don’t like dishonest behavior.

  Excellent service from Hoi An Laundry. We had a large school group of 27 people. Our laundry was picked up from our hotel and was returned the next day. Impressive that each persons’ washing was kept separated which made it easy for our students to collect their laundry. Highly recommend!! It was a fair price :)

  I’d recommend this service if you need laundry in Hoi An. I felt like the prices were very fair. They picked up my clothes directly from my villa within a few hours of me initially reaching out. They were fast and professional and returned my clothes to me within 24 hours. The clothes were cleaned great and folded.

  This laundry service is pleasant and professional. It is located a block away from the Hotel Royal Hoi An Danang on the road that follows the river. It is in the same building as the Riverside Spa (same business). The laundry is reasonably priced and has normal wash or wash with ironing for 24 h turnaround. We chose the express wash with 4 hour turnaround ( no ironing) and they delivered the wash to the hotel. Through what’s ap they let me know all their policies and also took photos of our clothes of pre-existing stains. They wash whites separately from colors. They even asked me if there was any laundry that could not go into the dryer and that was lucky for me because I had one linen dress that I had to tell them about. Our laundry arrived on time — we were notified by what’s ap—snd was neatly packaged and folded (See photo below.) I was so impressed with the high level of service! Also we used the Riverside spa (same business)— and they gave us a 30 percent discount on one hour massages. We both had excellent massages — very professional. They gave us yogurt and coconut cookies afterwards and also a whole package of cookies when we left. We are going to return for additional spa services tomorrow — we are thinking about booking additional massages and nail services. Highly recommend for laundry and spa services!

  Excellent service! 5kg washing, picked up, washed folded and back in 4 hours for 412k dong, about 23 aud. Took photos of my kids holey socks (dont ask why they would bring these) to alert me to previous damage, photo of clothes on scale and even returned some earpods that were left in a pocket. These guys deserve more than 5 stars.

  Absolutely fantastic service. Arrived at our hotel and arranged collection of laundry via WhatsApp. Great communication. Laundry was collected at a time to suit us and delivered back to our hotel next day. We opted for it to be air dried rather than tumble dried and ironed and folded. Would definitely use this service again.

  Great laundry service, picked up from our hotel and dropped off once completed. Clothes packed on return all folded and wrapped in paper, smell lovely would highly recommend

  I would have given 5 stars as they were responsive over watsapp and I was happy with the quality of the service. Fast washing, nicely folded and packed in clean paper bags. We used Hoi An Laundry over 3 days. I left a 2 star review as I felt rushed by some unfriendly messages on our last day. Since then, the Manager, Quyen, has reached out to me. Her sincerity and warmth was incredible. I will definitely use the services and recommend them to friends and family.
