  Amazing service! You contact them through Wattsapp then leave your washing with the hotel reception. They pick up and drop off back at reception either same day or the next. You pay reception and they come by latter for the money. Laundry all folded and super clean. Couldn't be easier. Staff at the hotel say all their guests use the service its so good. Definitely recommend. Payment is in cash.

  They are so reasonably priced! A weeks worth of laundry for a family of 4 was $7. When they pick up the laundry they weigh it and straight forward on price per kg. Clean, stain removed, folded and they picked up and dropped off the laundry at our hotel. Very easy to chat with on Whats App! Love and highly recommend

  Our group used Kim Chi Laundry services twice during our stay in Danang. For reference, we stayed at the Marriott Resort and Spa for 5 nights (group of 9 people)... We messaged them on WhatsApp and they responded right away, picked up our laundry and delivered it back to our hotel on the same day. She weighed the laundry on the spot in front of us and gave us the cost- pick up and drop off did not cost anything additional because of our location. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the laundry when returned was great- it smelled great, the clothes were fully dried and folded very nicely. They separated the whites from the colors and our socks and under garments were placed in a separate bag. They even kept the 2 families clothing separate. If we ever come back I would definitely use Kim Chi Laundry services again and highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

  I would highly recommend Kim Chi Laundry Services. It was easy to message them on WhatsApp and their response was prompt. Our laundry was picked up from our resort that evening and dropped back the next morning. Our clothes were returned folded and smelling nice. Super convenient for a very reasonable price!

  Amazing service. Super responsive on WhatsApp. I messaged them, immediately got a response and they picked up a week’s worth of my family’s laundry from our resort within an hour. And had it back to us the same day. Why pay insane resort laundry prices when Kim Chi is an option? Highly recommend. I will be using them again every time I’m in Da Nang!

  We had a great experience with KM CHI Laundry. The service was exceptional and communication was clear and friendly the whole way through, which made everything easy. They offered same-day service, which was a lifesaver for us as we were on holiday and didn’t want to waste time waiting around for laundry. The price was also very reasonable and much better value than the hotel’s laundry rates. Our clothes came back perfectly clean, neatly packaged, and carefully separated, which showed real attention to detail. We were genuinely impressed and would happily use KM CHI Laundry again. Highly recommended.

  Very fast service and great price. Clothes came back smelling fresh and folded. We will definitely use Kim Chi Laundry again
