  Convenient, affordable and top quality laundry service. An An has done my laundry twice now since being in Da Nang for holiday and could not recommend more. They pick up and drop off back to my hotel, folded and packaged so neatly and just asked them to tumble dry on low to avoid shrunken clothes.

  Excellent cleaning service. My underwear is so clean. 1. They package, seal, and fold my clothes beautifully. 2. They also delivered the clean clothes to my hotel. 3. The cleaning lady was super nice They didnt ask for a review, to give me any extra or special service.

  Amazing service! They pick up. Wash, dry, fold and put in tightly sealed plastic and return back to you at the end of the same day or next morning. Very quick service and great people highly recommend!

  Fantastic laundromat! We were served by Tam, had missed the cut-off for same day delivery but they still managed to turn it around within 4 hours. Highly recommend for price, service and free delivery post service to our hotel. Will definitely be going back.

  I loved it! They did a perfect job with my clothes, delivering them folded and looking lovely. Their system is super efficient if you're a tourist; they have a WhatsApp number and they keep you updated. The price is great! I highly recommend it!

  I found this place by luck after another laundromat failed to clean my clothes properly, and I’m so glad I did. I contacted An An on WhatsApp and got an immediate response. Within 20 minutes, someone arrived at my hotel to pick up my laundry, I was honestly shocked. They collected my clothes around 11:00 AM and returned them by 7:00 PM the same day. Everything came back perfectly clean and smelling fresh. Amazing service, fast communication, and great results. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

  All of my white laundry was returned to me with yellow stains They ruined my white clothes for me and my girlfriend and they are going to the trash now. All the other clothes seem fine but don’t put white clothes when you use her laundry service she will ruin them. Also so many of our socks got lost when we saw what returned, and we got back 4 pairs of socks from what used to be 11 pairs. Unbelievable!

  First off, they tried to fix what they ruined but it simply was not good enough. I dropped off 3 pieces for them to wash (Hoodie, white shirt and a pair of pants). All 3 pieces were ruined. The pants shrunk and new stains appeared on my hoodie and shirt. When I brought it up to their attention they tried to say the new stains were there prior to wash and tried to shift the blame on me which really pissed me off. At the end, they tried to get rid of the stain but still present and they did a issue a refund but they ruined $300 worth of clothes. Be wary and drop laundry at your own risk.
