  I had about 1.5 kg of clothes (5 polo shirts, 5 underwear, and 5 pairs of socks). The price was 55,000 VND, which seemed fair. Overall, I’m satisfied with the washing quality — everything came back clean and smelled nice. The turnaround was also fast: I dropped it off at 9 AM and picked it up around 4 PM. The owner mentioned that each customer’s clothes are washed separately, which is a big plus. The only downside is that the clothes were not ironed. Maybe it’s an extra service, but I wasn’t informed or asked about it. It would have been good at least to iron the shirts. Overall, a good experience with just one small issue.

  So friendly and such a fast service! I dropped off the laundry at midday and received it folded neatly and packaged well by 7pm. I would recommend to support this small business ☺️

  I'm quite disappointed and unhappy because the service here wasn't as great as I expected. I lost some small items and still don't understand why.
