  I sent away two pairs of light color tennis shoes that had some mud and dirt from a hike. I was very impressed with clean they returned. They pretty much look brand new! Very excellent service for 75k, with pickup and delivery for certain areas. Highly highly recommend for shoe cleaning! I will be definitely be a return customer.

  A huge thank you to the lovely husband-and-wife team at Smile Laundry! They were incredibly kind, friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Pickup and delivery were easy to arrange, communication was excellent, and they went out of their way to make everything convenient for us while we were staying at Naman Retreat. Our clothes came back perfectly clean, fresh, beautifully folded, and delivered exactly when promised. The service was outstanding, the price was very reasonable, and it was such a pleasure dealing with such genuinely lovely people. If you’re in Da Nang or around the Naman Retreat area, I highly recommend Smile Laundry. Thank you both for your wonderful service!

  We appreciate this laundry service! Everything came back clean, folded and packaged so very nicely. No overwhelming fragrance like most places we have used. Communication was very good. Very reasonable price per kilo and they provided return delivery to our hotel. I would use again and again. Highly recommend.

  Wonderful service. We messaged Laundry Smile via What’s App and received a Video call to arrange collection of our laundry shortly afterwards. Both pick up and drop off were on time and very easily coordinated. Our clothes smell wonderful, are beautifully clean and were immaculately packaged on return. We would highly recommend Laundry Smile.

  I was staying at a hotel nearby but the hotel laundry was pretty expensive, so I messaged Smile Laundry on WhatsApp. She got back to me right away and was able to come pick up my laundry directly from the hotel, which was super convenient! The price was very fair, 35,000 VND per kilo, and she picked it up in the morning and brought it back the next morning. Everything came back smelling fresh and clean. So glad I found her. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!@ A++++ quick, high quality service and super responsive. Messaged the mobile number on Google Maps via WhatsApp and our clothes were picked up within an hour from our hotel, and returned the next day all washed, folded and ironed neatly packaged up. Thanks so much for your help

  Immaculate service! I contacted through the WhatsApp and they were so responsive. I left the laundry at the reception and they let us know the price right after it’s picked up. I left the money at the reception and got it delivered on the same day. Seamless process and laundries are so clean. So happy I got my sneakers done as well. I definitely recommend!

  I had a fantastic experience with Laundry Smile! My clothes were cleaned perfectly and came back with a really pleasant, fresh scent. The owner is incredibly helpful, communicates well in English, and was very flexible with scheduling my delivery. Their pricing is very reasonable for the high quality of service provided.
