  A first-class laundry service. Communication via Google Messenger was flawless. The laundry was picked up from the hotel within an hour. Really friendly people. And the laundry came back perfectly washed and folded. As we were transporting the clothes in a backpack during the trip, we didn't bother ironing. The price is also reasonable and worth it, the quality is great. Many thanks for the fast service and the great communication! Highly recommended.

  Very good experience. All clothes smell fragrance and clean. Wash and dry(20,000 per 1KG) Pick up and drop off (30,000) Wash white separate( 20,000 extra fee) Under 2kg: 40,000 Collected clothes at 1pm. Sent back to hotel at 6pm plus. Very efficient

  I used the service on 12th of March 2026. It was excellent service! Everything is great from the correct price to picking up time. I noticed that a lot of foreigners use this shop and everyone is happy. Thank you

  Amazing and quick service!!! Dropped off a weeks worth of laundry to get washed and it was less than ($4 USD) They even delivered everything back to my hotel the same night for an extra ($1). Everything came back neatly folded and smelled amazing! Would absolutely recommend!!

  Even though we had a large amount of laundry, they handled same-day pickup and delivery very efficiently. I was very satisfied with the service. I use this laundry service every time I visit Da Nang. They are friendly and offer reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

  It is not 20k per kg if you only have a bit of clothes , it’s not worth it and it’s not clear . Feels a bit of a scam for people who doesn’t have a lot of clothes to wash Edit for the business : you should learn English expressions, “feels a bit of a scam” doesn’t mean that I got scammed , as I didn’t pay for your service. I have been travelling for a while to different countries and cities in Vietnam and this is the first time that this happened to me. I did not have more clothes to wash. I came from the north and no one punish you for having a small laundry, you can fill the washing machine anyway, they use bags to separate the washing from different people and you won’t lose anything and your business will still work. You have less, you pay less, you have more , you pay more, it’s called FAIRNESS. Please think before replying to someone experienced in doing lots of washing and in different cities. My comment is to make people aware that is not cheaper to do less than 2kg. If you answer defensive and passive aggressive, you make my words right of you trying to scam. Thank you ☺️

  Disappointed by the service. Clothes came back just as dirty as we left them (if not even dirtier on some items), smelling exactly the same (no clean laundry smell or anything). Extra paid for our whites to be separate… confused how this place has such great ratings with outcomes like these :/

  The guy was very friendly and the price is good. 1 ⭐️ only because I didn‘t get back two of my shirts 😭. Will go back tomorrow to ask about what to do or request compensation. -> They‘re not willing to help me, very sad. If somebody has the shirts in the picture in their laundry bag, please bring it back!
