  The laundry experience during a long trip is very necessary and convenient. The staff are very enthusiastic, and the prices are quite reasonable. The shop accepts clothes quickly, sorts them carefully, and returns them on time. The clothes come back clean, smelling, and looking very professional.

  I’ve never paid this much for laundry before. 35.000 vnd/kg was steep but I understood it’s a luxury to do laundry service. But, charging 60.000 for shipping? No one does that. That is not a thing and should’ve already been included in the total price. And then 100.000 for separating whites? No one does that- that should be included. It may seem like it was been a rush job, but she should’ve been upfront about these cost (100.000 separate and 60.000 delivery). There’s obviously better places you can go to. If she was more upfront about cost and had a menu, this would’ve been avoided. As for how the clothes were, it was just like any other place - but for 1.5x the price kkkkk

  Very expensive when compared to other laundry services. We literally walked 10 minutes and used a service charging 1/2 the price.

  I went here for a laundry because it was close to my hotel. First, she charge me for 3Kg when it only weigh 2.5kg. then quoted me 130K for it, when I mentioned that it only weighed 2.5kg, they corrected the price. Then quoted me 35K per Kilo when everyone else at the hotel said would be 10-13K per kilo. I took my laundry and walked over to Giat Say Thom for 1/3 of the price she tried to charge me. Over charging because I'm a foreigner is NOT a good business practice. Stay Away from this business.

  She tried to charge. 35k per kilo where everyone else is $10-12k kilo. I think foreigner tax?. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Walked 5 min and found another place for 1/2 price
