This was my first experience renting a bike, and I’m absolutely thrilled! The rental process was super easy - within 15-20 minutes, the bike was delivered right to my doorstep. The staff were friendly, and everything was handled quickly and effortlessly. The bikes themselves are simple and easy to operate, with a good range and in decent condition. You don’t need to worry about charging the bike yourself (although you can if you want to); you just drop by and swap it for a fully charged one. Keep in mind that you don’t need a license to ride an electric bike.

The best bike rental place in danang and hoi an. They have incredible e bikes for rent. The prices are very convenient and the minimum is 24 hours or 1 day for 150k. You can swap your bikes for a fully charged bike. The bikes are in excellent condition. A word of caution if you’re renting for hai van pass or any roads which are steep, it can get difficult even if it’s one person riding. The speed drops to 10-15 kmph, take two bikes in such a condition. These guys are really polite and helpful. They have free delivery of the bike within 3kms.

Great service and very friendly staff! The electric bikes are clean, smooth, and easy to use. No passport or deposit needed, which is super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Da Nang!

The employees at this store are really nice. I recommend it. I got an electric scooter for 1 month for 1.8M VND. included for free: helmet, phone holder, and rain pancho.

Easy to rent and easy to drive. The boys are very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the experience and recommend it, especially as you don't need a driver's license.

I love renting from these guys — everything is always smooth and organized! I’ve rented from them more than once, and I’m always happy with their service. Highly recommend!😊✨ For those wondering if an electric bike can make it to the Hai Van Pass — absolutely, no problem! Here are a few tips: 1) One person — one bike. The bike climbs hills at 40 km/h effortlessly. 2) Battery backup. Ask for a spare battery just in case you want to explore further. We rode past the pass, down to the fish farms, had lunch, and made our way back. We used 80% of the battery, and there was still enough charge left to visit the Marble Mountains in Da Nang. 3)Clothing. It’s cool at the pass, so bring a raincoat. Wear it under your sweater or jacket — this way, it won’t flap like a sail or make noise as if it’s going to tear apart while riding. With these tips, you’ll enjoy the ride and make the most of your adventure!

Actually there is noooooo 150 km only 100 km, I rode from da Nang to hoian with full battery and use it around living place for one morning, only around 40 % battery left, And in other motor bike station you can get a cheaper price with the same bike, I think they used the new bike but old battery, Well it just personal experience just for references
