  Renting a scooter with Mr. Minh and his brother was an absolute breeze and one of the best decisions of my trip! The scooters were in fantastic condition, reliable, and very well-maintained, which made exploring the area safe and incredibly enjoyable. A massive bonus is that they deliver and pick up the scooters directly from your hotel completely free of charge, this was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience so convenient! Mr. Minh and his brother provided top-notch service. They are super friendly, honest, and truly care about their customers. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to rent a motorbike, I cannot recommend them enough!

  This place looks legit, I’d rent here, great bike and lots of options 2 additional helmets they even had rain coats + first aid kit included. The most professional rental company I ever used. The best part of the rental is the team and how amazing and accommodating they are 🫰🏼❤️

  Fantastic experience renting a motorbike with this company, who so kindly found us a bike on Têt Eve (New Year) with pick up and drop off included. The price is so fair and 50cc more than enough for getting around Hoi An and the countryside with no license required. This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recomend them if you are looking to hire bikes in Hoi An.

  Absolutely top service from start to finish. I contacted them via WhatsApp through their website, which was very convenient, and they responded extremely quickly. They even asked for my email to send useful tips and information, including great places to visit by scooter, a very nice extra touch. The scooter was delivered directly to our hotel, which was incredibly convenient and saved us from having to take a Grab to their location. Pickup after the rental was also arranged at the hotel, making everything completely hassle-free. You can simply pay afterwards for the fuel you used, and they even charge less than the gas station would, a great deal overall. The scooter itself was in perfect condition. It had a keyless ignition (which turned out to be very convenient), a large storage compartment, comfortable helmets, and even a phone holder, which was ideal for navigation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone renting a scooter in Hoi An, you won’t find better service than this!

  What a fantastic service we had. I had got in touch with them weeks before travelling and Minh (Mike) replied quickly to my request for 2 bikes for 14 days, any questions were quickly answered over WhatsApp (given the 7 hour time difference), all I had to do was ensure that I had an International Driving Permit (IDP 1968) and to contact him a few days before. Our accommodation was down a very narrow lane and not really showing on Google Maps but on the day of delivery, sure enough Mike messaged me on WhatsApp at 09:00am to say he would be there in 20 minutes .. and he was! Such a great guy, his English is really good and he ran through the basics of the bikes and then sent us an email with LOADS of information and routes which was invaluable. He just checked our IDP permits and that was it! We had brought our own helmets with us as we had intercoms although helmets are supplied in the price if needed. The day before collection I just messaged him to ask what time he would collect them and he was there by 09:00am ... no fuss, no mess, no hidden charges (although I did return them with half a tank of fuel instead of a full tank so I happily gave him extra to refuel and he was very happy). As his website does clearly say .. Police 'may' stop you in Da Nang .. and they did, but as we had IDP 1968 they were very polite and sent us on our way even saying thank you for stopping! ... We had Honda Airblade 125cc scooters and very comfortably went from Hoi An to the Hai Van Pass with no issues whatsoever, I think you could easily do it on a 50cc if you don't have a full licence as it can get quite busy so you can't go all that fast anyway. The bikes are best suited for town & city riding, universal phone mounts are fitted, I took my own Quadlock to mount to the wing mirror but my partner used the fitted one and it was perfect. I won't put the price in here but please get in touch with them on WhatsApp especially if you are having the bike for a short while and he will more than likely give you a discount .. don't quote me on that!

  100% the best experience & service of any bike rental. They are a family business, extremely kind, accommodating, affordable, reliable and overall one of the best services in Hoi An. I extended my rental with them and I didn’t regret booking. The rental is affordable, they pickup & drop off to you for free, and provide additional help and free resources for your trip. The mobile phone holder was a life saver. This is by far the best rental I have dealt with, especially as they provide you with a full tank of fuel/gas (we only paid the difference of 20k (1$) and 35k ($1.8) for multiple days of gas use), they provide all helmet sizes, and are so accommodating. I highly recommend to any fellow Canadians & all tourists!! You will have no issues or worries using their service. Thank you so much!

  5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best motorbike rental experience I’ve had in Vietnam. They delivered the bike right to my hotel and picked it up at the end with no hassle. The staff shared great local tips on hidden spots to visit, checked in midway to make sure everything was going well, and even provided free rain jackets when the weather turned. On top of that, they gave me a small discount because of the rainy days – such thoughtful service! I don’t think it could have been better. Highly recommend if you’re exploring Hoi An!

Their bikes were in excellent condition, very well maintained, and they even provided a 24/7 contact in case of emergencies, giving us complete peace of mind throughout the trip.
