  Fantastic Scooter rental, very easy to arrange and Minh was very flexible and accommodating with pick up and drop off from the hotel or shop. Scooter was in top condition at a good price. They also sent us a complete guide to attractions around hoi an as well ad scenic and safe routes to places like My Son. Thank you!!!

  Excellent scooter rental service! From the very beginning, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to understand our needs and offered different scooters for different purposes, helping us choose the perfect option for our trip. We were especially pleased that they gave us a discount and provided free delivery directly to our hotel. At the end of the rental period, they also picked up the scooters from the hotel at no extra charge, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient. The scooters were in great condition, and the rental process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company.   Minh and his team were wonderful. Very accommodating, helpful, responsive and great customer service. We weren’t sure of our exact plans and schedule yet it was not an issue with Minh to drop off or pickup the scooter from our hotel. They had great tips of where to go and what to do on scooters. Great rates and no miscommunication or lost in translation via what’s app or in person.

  Very good and convenient rental company. I took a motorbike for two weeks, they didn't ask me for a deposit, and of course didn't leave a passport. I didn't even pay in advance, I only paid when I returned the motorbike and I got another discount because there were rainy days. The communication was very good on WhatsApp, high reliability and they didn't even ask me to leave a review. They came to the hotel to bring me the motorbike and before the flight they came to pick up the motorbike. I will come back here again.

  If you’re coming to Hoi An and want to rent scooter I would recommend Hoi An Motorbike & Scooter Rental to anyone! The entire rental process was incredibly easy and stress-free from start to finish. Communication through WhatsApp was amazing — quick replies, clear information, and super friendly service the whole time. They even provide free delivery and pickup directly to your hotel, which made everything so convenient. The scooter was in excellent condition, very reliable, and came with quality helmets as well. A huge thank you to Minh (Mike) for the outstanding customer service and making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was that there was no need to leave my passport as a deposit — they only required a photo sent through WhatsApp, which made me feel much more comfortable. Fantastic service, trustworthy people, and great scooters. I’ll definitely use them again next time I’m in Hoi An! Thank you again Minh! See you next time!

  These guys are simply the best! If you want a safe and professional ride in beautiful Hoi An then these guys are the real deal. You will get a great bike, well looked after, delivered on time, maps that you can use to get a great ride on an 50cc bike and they are a delight to deal with. Will def use again and recommend Minh to all!

  Very good scooter rental service. Simple, efficient, and highly accommodating. They came directly to our hotel to deliver and pick up the scooter free of charge, and the tank was already full. They rent on a true 24-hour basis, which is extremely convenient: if you pick up the scooter at 10 a.m., you can return it at 10 a.m. the next day and it only counts as one rental day. They even send you an email with recommendations on places to visit in the area, useful tips, and things to watch out for, which was a really nice touch. I fully approve — highly recommended!

  Best scooter rental we have experienced in our time in Vietnam! We messaged the team on WhatsApp and they replied promptly with the scooter arriving at our accommodation 20 minutes later. The scooter was a 2026 model and in amazing condition. The team also provided comprehensive information about the area and gave some great scenic routes. Including a scenic route to My Son which we enjoyed. Thank you very much team!
