  Rented a bike here for the day. The electric motor is super quiet and smooth, which fits the Hoi An vibe much better than a noisy gas scooter. Battery held up well for a full trip from the old town to the beach and back. The staff is chill and the paperwork was quick. Definitely a solid, easy way to get around.

  Best Way to Get Around – Super Relaxed Rental! Renting electric scooters here was the best decision for our stay. It’s quiet, eco-friendly, and surprisingly affordable. • The Best Part: You don’t have to worry about charging at all! When the battery is low, you just drop by and swap your empty scooter for a fully charged one. It’s so much easier than looking for a plug! • Great Prices: Depending on how long you keep it, the price is between 60,000 and 150,000 VND per day. Unbeatable value! • The Service: The owner is super chill and friendly. The whole process was very easy, no unnecessary paperwork, just honest and helpful service. Verdict: If you want to stay mobile without the noise of a gas engine or the stress of charging, come here. 5 stars!

  Good, very fast delivery, two friendly guys delivered the Scooter directly to my home apartment, which is also very lovely, so I highly recommend izigo and Hugo . By the way, no deposit will be charged and i got a brand new , freshly imported scooter for my excursions around Da Nang. Service is available. In Hoi and Hanoi, too. Two helmets and rain coats are included, you can find it in the trunk of the scooter and a a netbag in front and below the handlebar. All in all, a very good and trustworthy deal. For western people, depending on the height of body, beginning at 175 cm , some people could prefer an evo 200 model. But this is a choice of personal selection. Have fun and do something good for the environment and Rent electric scooter, if you want. Regards. Flo

  Very good, they change the bike over when it’s low on charge and you can drive without a license.

  Really hard to deal with. No English and never had a bike available. In careless to them it was around Tet. In quieter times I'm sure they are fine

  They confirmed availability of a specific bike as advertised on their website, confirmed an appointment time and branch location for me to pick it up (despite the advertised free delivery of their bikes) even confirmed the color I wanted, and when I went to the store, they didn't have it. They only offer the "lite" version of that model which has half the speed and range 🫤

  I tried to rent for two days, and even though there were many motorcycles available, they refused to rent to me and were very rude. I do not recommend them
