  Just returned a 4 day rental. They took a photo of my international driver's license and passport. Explained all my responsibilities and theirs. I paid and they gave me the keys to a brand new Honda Airblade. It had 8km on it when I received. It was in perfectly condition. I will definitely try and rent from them in the future. The entire process was smooth.

  Awesome service, good selection of bikes and very friendly staff! Prices are great too! Highly recommend! And I loved the little PG-1 I got from them! Very fun ride!

  Great service, with English-speaking staff. Very well-maintained scooters. You can contact them via WhatsApp if you have any issues. I’ve hired a 125cc scooter twice and both were perfect. Don’t hesitate – just hire from them.

  I rented a scooter for a day from this shop. The terms and conditions were explained really well. The staff was helpful and considerate. The scooter drove well, and did not encounter any issues while driving within the city, and to Hoi An. I did not encounter any issues while returning the scooter. It was a great experience overall.   I didn't rent my electric scooter from JP Motors. If I knew about them and what they would help me with later, I would have rented from them for sure. I had asked the young guy in the office if I could pay him to have my scooter charged as my hotel didn't allow me to do so and I had planned to ride to Hoi An and was not sure if I would be able to get there with the low charge. He was surprised that the hotel would not let me charge it. He then asked me to bring my bike in the next morning and he would charge it for a couple of hours free of charge. He certainly won me over. I plan to rent a scooter again from them should I come back to Danang in the future. Keep up your great service and care for the community. I'm sure that your reputation will continue to win you future customers.

  Rented a PG-1 for two weeks. Bike run flawlessly, the rental process was so simple, no deposit, just a photo of the passport, paid and i was riding out the door. Simple, cheaper than other places i looked at and simpler... Highly recommended
