  I have nothing but good things to say about renting a motorbike from this company. The rates are competitive to other rental agencies, however the motorbikes they rent are in much better condition physical and reliable. Arsen was my point of contact during the 3 months that I was renting the bike and he was “above and beyond” helpful throughout the duration. Any questions or issues that arose over the 3 months were fixed immediately. I truly appreciate what a big help we was. He personally made the entire process seamless and convenient for me. I highly suggest this agency over any others. I’ve lived in Vietnam off and on for the past 4 years rented bikes in 5 different cities and nothings compares to the bikes and level of service provided by this company!

  Very happy I stumbled across Motorbike Rental Hoi An by chance. After reading the reviews I thought I would give it a go and I'm very pleased I did. There are no problem's getting everything sorted, Very quick service and Arsen was great explaining everything I needed to know about the bike. I will definitely be using them on my next visit.   We rented a scooter for 4 days and everything went smoothly. The bike was in very good condition, and the process was simple. We even extended for one more day.

  Great service! We rented from here for 2 months and the service was great. The bike was in great condition. Whenever we had any questions, we had very quick responses. Definitely recommend!

  Rented the orange Vespa for 2 months in Hoi An. The bike was delivered to my location. Communication was very easy, professional service, and very nice bike for a very good price. In case of any questions, Anton and Roman were always available. I recommend this rental and will use it in the future. Thank you for a very good bike and very good rental experience!

  If I client tells you he’s picking up a motorbike in a specific time, be sure to be there to attend him, or at least let him know you wont be available. I wasted my time going there and waited for half an hour without anyone answering texts or calls.
