  Our day with Mortivina was effortlessly easy, super affordable and so much fun. We went to the Da Nang office and spoke to Mavis, she gave us a choice of what bike we would be renting, advice about how to drive safely, a test run on the scooter and a map to use - all so professional. When we arrived at the office in Hue, we were told our bags will be dropped off at our homestay (which they were). Overall a brilliant service, brilliant staff and a brilliant day. Would highly recommend if you are wanting to ride the hai van pass/ rent a scooter in the area.

  Excellent service!! Rented a scooter from Da Nang to Hue and used the bag shipping service! The bike was in good condition and a full tank got us the whole way there (which isn’t always the case with rented scooters). How at motorvina Da Nang was super friendly and helpful, he speaks great English and gave us loads of tips and all the information needed! He made the whole thing super easy as this was our first time driving long distance! The bags arrived safely, as did we, the whole service was seamless! Thanks How, thanks Motorvina!

  We did the Hai Van Pass from Da Nang to Hue. Phú set us up with a bike in great condition and gave us all the information about the journey. Great service and very friendly would recommend!

  Just dropped off our scooter at Motorvina in Da Nang and had a great experience from start to finish. Hao was especially kind and helpful, and the same goes for the teams in Hue and Hoi An. We did a one way rental, riding from Hue to Hoi An and then back to Da Nang, everything was smooth and well organized. One thing we really appreciated was that they took care of our luggage, which made the whole trip much more convenient. Overall, really friendly service, reliable bikes, and a hassle free experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore Vietnam by scooter!

  Had a great experience with Motorvina. Rented 3 times with Mimi in Hue. First an escooter, then a semi auto for a day, and then a semi auto for the hai van pass. She swapped bikes after the first one’s speedometer wasn’t working, and installed a phone holder upon request. Drive was smooth. Bike shifted well and brakes were solid. Rental form was all digital and was fast to fill out. As a beginner driver, I was apprehensive about the whole thing, but the hai van pass roads are good and the driving is easy. Go for it.

  Today we booked a one way trip from Da Nang to Hue. The service was perfect from the first WhatsApp message on! Lemon and David welcomed us with a big smile :) They showed us the perfect route over the beautiful Hai Van Pass! Even with some stops for beautiful pictures or a nice meal on the beach! Best rental service ever ❤️❤️

  Went with these guys as they offered one-way e-bike rentals from Da Nang to Hue. Wanted to an electric bicycle for the Hai Van Pass all the way to Hue which is about 90-110km, ambitious I know, but their website advertised the bike as capable of 90km - lasted about 50 and with the motor dead I could only go jogging pace. Plugged it in twice along the journey for about 30 mins each time and neither session did anything. When leaving Da Nang that morning the chain came off within about 15 mins also and the mechanic said not to use certain gears. I'm sure their motorbikes are good but the e-bike was really poor, at least they offered the service.
