  Amazing service and a fantastic bike! If you're a foreigner looking to rent a motorbike in Da Nang, don't waste your time searching elsewhere. I spent over 3 hours comparing rental shops around the city, and while many had bikes available, most were older models. After doing my research, I found that this shop was the only one offering the newer VinFast Feliz model, which is significantly more powerful and comfortable than the alternatives. The bike handled the trip to Hoi An and back with ease. On top of that, the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did he give me the best price I found, but when the weather turned bad and I couldn't return the bike myself, he came to collect it without charging any extra fee. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had in Da Nang. Highly recommended!

  Highly recommend !! I rented an electric bike for a month, and the experience was perfect. The bikes are in 5/5 condition, always clean and well-maintained. Friendly owner, great communication, and zero issues Battery swaps were always fast and free , and they were ready to help with any question 👌

  Rented a Feliz Lite for 4 days. Owner was excellent to deal with. Very responsive to WhatsApp texts. He switched out my bike 3x when the battery went below 30%. Delivered the bikes to my hotel on time as requested. Daily rates were on par with gas scooters. Bikes were in excellent condition (nearly new) with bright headlights. I rode around the city with my 2 kids 6,10 no problems. Very quiet and smooth ride with decent power in sport mode. Only caveats were: - The suspension is a bit soft and going up sharp curbs required going very slowly to avoid hitting the undercarriage or approach at a sharper angle. - Seat was cushioned but the outer material is rigid and I found my tailbone was sore after a full days ride and I had to sit on a neck pillow to avoid further discomfort. My kids complained a little about the seats too. -Headlight low beam seems a bit too high. I noticed the beam was cutoff near the upper back of riders in front of me and some adjusted their mirrors to avoid glare. The owner said it's a factory design. You could just run the middle setting at night in the city to have the rear and marker lights on for safety (saving others from the glare). Overall very satisfied with the service, happy with the quiet ride and decent range (100km or so) of the e-scooter. I've lived in VN for 7 years in Hanoi and rode the gamut from Cubs to the SH and I would happily rent ebikes again. Enjoyed the quiet ride, peppy motor, smooth gearing and no need to fuel up. Thanks for reading and definitely give this company a try, they provided an admirable service and good quality transportation.

  Superb stay, OPAGO was great and above all responsive at all times. I was able to go around Da nang without problem and when I had a problem he was there. I recommend and come back to them my next stay, Thank you again.
