  Great experience overall and definitely worth getting the insurance. It only costs a fraction of the price, which gave me real peace of mind. The roads here can be quite chaotic, and I had a couple of unexpected incidents where other riders ran into me while I was on a main road, causing some damage to the bike. Fortunately, the insurance covered everything. I was even provided with a replacement motorbike, and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. The service was excellent, with no scams or hidden issues. I was very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend it. Love the owner guy he’s so kind!

  Excellent bike and service from this business. This is the first time we've tried an electric bike, and it surpassed our expectations. With a full charge, can do a return trip to Hoi An or the Van Hai Pass with battery to spare. When battery was low, just returned to the owner who swapped for a freshly charged one. We did this once a day and twice on occasion. Owner is friendly and speaks good English! Will return when we are next in Da Nang.

  Had the E-bike for a couple of weeks now. Rental process was super easy, the crew super friendly and efficient. I took a plug in charger to use at our apartment, but a few times I have dropped back to the shop for a battery change when running low. Takes less than 2min to do and we're on our way again. Bike has the range to go to Hoi An and back and is very easy to ride, even for a relative novice like myself. Took the insurance option for peace of mind too.

  All over very nice experience, and my give me almost cover of 140km per charge, don't know how. Completed Hai Van pass, Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, all with keep 50% charge left. The owner is very friendly and in just 4 days Minh seems like one my brother from this country. Thanks for all 👍 Duration of rent : 08-12 Jan 2026

  This is the best bike rental shop I have come across in Da Nang City so far!! I rented an e-bike here for 10 days and got a good deal then extended for two more days. The owner was very flexible to let me choose any of the available e-bikes and he was also super friendly. During the 12 days I had absolutely no problem at all and every time I wanted to change the battery I’d go to the shop and get a 100% fully charged one. This shop is the best I’ve come across so far in the city and will definitely be back again! Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to rent an e-bike without a driving license.

  100% recommend this bike rental. The service is excellent, the staff are very kind and helpful, and they speak good English. They respond to messages promptly and provide outstanding support. The bike itself was working very well and was really comfortable to ride, which made the whole experience even better. Honestly, it’s one of the best services I’ve experienced. I had to return the bike earlier than planned, and they were so understanding and kind that they refunded me without any issues. A truly human, customer-centered approach. Highly appreciated
