  I rented an electric scooter from Stephen at the end of my stay in Hoi An, I wished I discovered his shop sooner! Stephen is very professional, organized, honest and very friendly with joyful and good energy! I never felt he pushed me to rent 😹 So I was grateful for that. Not all companies offers insurance so I was really grateful and felt safe that Stephen could offer me insurance for just 50K vnd. You also get a simple agreement document for the safety of both. He gave me an extra full battery for free to drive to My Son roundtrip. But there was even still battery left on the first one when I got back. If you want to feel safe, a nice maintained scooter or motorbike for an honest price, great service, quick feedback and a good experience - I highly recommend to rent from Stephen! I really enjoyed his service and he also shuttled me to Da Nang in his Japanese vintage car with nice conversations 😻 I will definitely come back to Stephen again next time I return to Hoi An! 💗 Cheers from Norway 🌞

  We rented a scooter from Stephen for our stay in Hoi An. We rode it everywhere, even across the enormous new bridge and only had to top up the battery once! Plenty of power to keep up with local traffic and no noise! Stephen's service is exemplary. He's very organised and responsive and is very friendly and engaging. We could not recommend him more highly.

The service was outstanding – friendly, responsive, and always available whenever we needed help or wanted to extend the rental. Everything was easy and hassle-free.
