  I had a very good experience renting a motorbike from this place. The first bike I received was a bit worn, but the owner immediately offered a newer bike in excellent condition as a replacement. My family rented three bikes in total, one of which was an electric model. The electric bike is not really suitable for mountain rides, but in the city it is a great option and costs about half as much as a petrol scooter. The owner is exceptionally friendly and flexible, and dealing with him is smooth and straightforward. Communication via WhatsApp was effortless, and the service was fast and reliable overall. I was able to extend the rental twice without having to come back in person. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you are looking for a reliable, well run motorbike rental in Da Nang, this is an excellent choice. The value for money is unbelievably good. Many thanks.

  Rented an electric scooter from Tom for 2 days. The bike was almost new and the prices were very reasonable. They replace the bike when the battery runs out for free! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to rent a bike in Da nang.

  Had a fantastic experience renting from this shop! The owner was friendly and accommodating, replying fast and even allowing me to pick up the bike after closing hours. I rented a Honda Wave RSX which was in excellent condition and super fuel-efficient, with 80k VND worth of gas lasting me for 5 days, including trips to Hoi An, Marble Mountain, and Monkey Mountain. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely be back to try out their bigger bikes.

  Good quality of 50cc gasoline engine is what I rented. We went to Bana Hills from Danang with no worries. The owner is active on WhatsApp and the contract clear and on English. Very Professional. The owner can also speak English which is good for me.

  I had an excellent experience renting a motorbike here. The owner is super friendly, flexible, and very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Everything was smooth and comfortable. I could even extend my rental without needing to come back in person. Another big plus: he also has two additional rental spots down by the beach, which makes pickup and return super convenient. If you want a reliable, stress-free motorbike rental in Da Nang, this is the perfect place. 🙌

  Professional and fast. No BS and no hassle. I only rented for a day but it was a pleasure and the Vinfast scooter was an absolute pleasure. I'm very happy with Tom's service.

  Very shady and he lies a lot.. We agreed on the phone about a 50cc Gasoline motorcycle, but when we arrived to the shop he insisted on giving us an electric bicycle. He daid he didn't have any gasoline motorcycles and he insisted on giving us an electric bicycle. Then when we said that we were going to another shop, he told us that he has another store where he can give us a gasoline motorcycle, but he wanted us to sign a contract written in vietnamese before going there and seeing the motorcycle that we will be taking. Then in the end when we told him that there is no way we would accept that and went away he sent us a message on whatsapp telling us that he has a gasoline motorcycle and that he wants us to go back to his shop...
