Here’s a polished review for Tom’s Motorbike Rental based on your input: --- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Top-Notch Motorbike Rental in Danang!** Tom’s Motorbike Rental in Danang is hands-down the best place to rent a bike! Their professionalism is unmatched, and the shop is always clean and pristine, creating a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. I’ve been renting from Tom’s for a couple of years now, and every experience has been fantastic. The first time I rented, I got a Yamaha FreeGo, which I absolutely loved for zipping around the city. This time, with Danang being so busy, I called ahead, and they promptly confirmed they had a bike available. I ended up with an upgraded Yamaha Lexi 155, which was perfect for navigating the bustling streets. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and ensures everything runs smoothly. If you’re in Danang and need a reliable motorbike, Tom’s is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Very smooth and easy experience to rent a bike, they have a huge selection and the staff are very friendly and professional, they take very good care of safety and do proper clear contract. Just make sure you have at least previous driving experience, they won’t keep any physical personal documents but only a photo copy and only a small deposit. Will get good discounts if you take it for longer period. Be aware that good helmets are extra charged. Lovely experience to rent a bike and if you are in Da Nang they are one of the best.

Good service. The only way to legally ride something decent - the upgraded electric scooters. You can make it to the top of the Hai Van Pass with 100% charge and go back to Tom Motorbike with about 20% left. After 30% you’ll notice a significant drop in torque on any hill. There is space to carry a spare battery which would enable you to do the complete journey but you’ll lose some under seat storage. They’ll replace bikes all the time with fresh charged ones as long as you WhatsApp them 2 hours before. You need to place a deposit of about 500k Dong. They film the bikes for damage so I filmed them too. No hassle. Excellent service. Bikes are well maintained. In terms of power it feels like maybe a 90cc but because electric it has far more torque and will beat most bikes and cars at the lights and feels safe. It is legal to ride with no licence as falls within Vietnam power laws for electric bikes.

I had a really good experience renting from Tom Motorbike Rentals in Da Nang. The bike they provided was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained, which made riding around the city and to the mountains very comfortable. Communication was smooth and hassle-free — they responded quickly and clearly, making the whole process easy even for foreigners. I really appreciated their flexibility with timing, and the additional delivery and pick-up service was a big plus. The bike was dropped off at my hotel and collected again when I was done, which saved me a lot of time. Overall, very reliable service with good prices and great convenience. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience renting a motorbike from Tom Motorbike Rentals in Da Nang, Vietnam. The prices were very affordable, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we had everything we needed for a safe trip. We hired two fully automatic mopeds and rode up to monkey mountain, so easy, the staff were relaxed and super helpful. We wasn’t sure what we wanted to hire, so they let us try a few bikes to help us decide. If you have any issues, or questions, you contact them via WhatsApp, which they help you set up. Just as well because my partner had left his phone in the shop 🤦🏼‍♀️, which they kept safe until we returned. Super responsive to a few questions we had while we were out. We highly recommend

The e-scooter itself was okay, although it's only marginally suitable for the Hai Van Pass with two passengers. It broke down several times on the ascent. With perseverance, however, you can still make it to the Hai Van Gate. The e-scooter was really fine for getting around Da Nang itself. We were told that the phone holder was secure, but the screw holding it in place eventually came loose without us noticing, so my phone fell out of the "secure" holder while we were riding and now has a cracked screen. And this happened even though I had tightened the phone holder just before. When we pointed out this major problem, there was absolutely no willingness or understanding for the incident. We were told: "You rented the scooter, not the holder." Very cheeky! I wouldn't trust the holder. I didn't expect the rental company to cover repair costs or anything like that under the rental conditions in Vietnam, but a trustworthy provider would have handled the issue better. All in all, a bad experience with the phone issue.
