Tuán Motorbike Rentals has the biggest selection of newer model scooters and motorcycles in central with locations in Vietnam, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hue. In addition they offer monthly rentals at great discounts, safety gear, touring accessories, new helmets sales, one-way rentals, and luggage forwarding. I did monthly rentals with Tuan Motorbikes and received a new scooter with limited miles, a fair price and excellent service. My favorites scooter to rent is the Honda ADV 160. Tuan was always available and responded quickly to my questions m. I felt that he was always fair and put the customer first. I highly recommend Tuan Motorbike Rentals to anyone. I’ve rented twice from Tuan in Da Nang. Both times I got a Yamaha WR155 for about 1 week. The bikes were in good condition and each time, and I had no problems with them at all. I drove them around Son Tra peninsula, to Hoi An, and even out to Duy Xuyen. They work well for climbing street roads, going off-road, and cruising around city streets. The staff are friendly, and the process is straightforward—either leave a deposit or your passport and they keep it safe while you take the bike. Don’t get in a wreck or fall, and if you do, take the bike to the local Yamaha dealer and have them replace parts. That’s basically it! About $20-$25 per day for a big dirt bike like what I’ve rented, though the price gets slightly cheaper as you take longer rentals.

Tuan and his staff are very kind and supportive when it comes to the choice of two wheelers. They make sure that you have an international drivers licence before taking their bikes to avoid any mishaps during your rental and to follow the Vietnamese regulations. You will have a drop a deposit of money before taking the bike which is not very expensive. The bikes are well maintained, not very noisy and the staff gives a small presentation before you actually take the bike on a ride. Overall, would recommend this place for renting motorbikes or scooters of the users choice.

I came to Danni looking for affordable prices spoke to them on the phone. He was excellent. He gave me a very very good rate and when I got there, I instantly liked him nice guy friendly into the point and helped me in terms of what to watch out for and things like that very very helpful Guy and Team. Very happy I chose this place. Everything was fantastic and I would highly highly recommend anyone.

We rented a motorbike for one week and had a great experience from start to finish. We picked up the bike in Da Nang and were able to return it in their Hoi An office, which was very convenient. As expected, upon arrival we were asked to leave either a document or a cash deposit. The staff were very kind and flexible: at first I left my passport, but since we were changing cities, I later preferred to leave a cash deposit instead. We went back to change it, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We rented an XR motorbike and used it a lot. The bike was new, in perfect condition, and performed excellently throughout the week. Both pickup and return were very fast and easy, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. To be honest, I had booked the bike months in advance by email and also paid a deposit to reserve this specific model. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, and everything went exactly as planned. Highly recommended.

I rented a vinfast electric bike for 1 day this week. The lady who delt with our rental was very professional and polite. We walked in and were met and were helped with straight away. They have a massive selection of bikes to choose from and its seems very popular. She was honest about the bike only having 76% battery, she asked where we were planning to go and recommend chaning the order of things (to do lady Buddha first as it has some hills) she said if you dont have enough battery to reach the 2nd place please come back and she would swap our bike for one with more battery for no extra cost - we had enough charge for the whole day. The bike was great, eco and sport mode and large enough for 2 people. They take 1'000'000 vnd or your passport as a deposit and we had zero issue getting our deposit back when we returned. I don't have any concerns recommending this place

We had a great experience here! Their bikes are reliable, we came here twice. We traveled to other towns and there was no problem whatsoever. The service is really good. Highly recommend! Хорошие байки, не было проблем!

I booked a bike 2 mo ths in advance asking for something specifically. I got an email the day before collection saying it wasn't available so I'd need to take an alternative. Obviously at this point I had no choice but to accept. This was for a 12 day rental for 700 dollars and our whole trip was pre planned. The alternative was older, absolutely filthy when we collected it, and not well kept. There were bolts missing from all the crash bars and sump guard (which came off whilst we were riding, scraping along the floor and had to be bungeed back on) and the whole thing rattled. We arrived on time to collect and the bike wasn't ready and we had to wait a further hour and a half to get on our way as they were still working on it. The staff didn't speak English, communicating difficulty via Google translate. They insisted I'd need to pay the whole fee and deposit (so over 1100usd total) in cash which obviously we didn't have and wasn't communicated in advance but eventually relented though charged me a fee for using a bank transfer one pay service. I'm very glad we had our own helmets as there was very little choice. The bike got us to Hanoi but the experience dropping the bike off there was equally disappointing. No welcome, no hello, looking at us like we had two heads when we arrived and I explained I was returning the bike. All very strange. Overall, they sold themselves as being professional, welcoming, English speaking etc. But the reality felt very, very poor vs. what was promised. There was no discount offered for it being the wrong bike. Ultimately the prices here are the same as the likes of Tigit and rentabike Vietnam, but in my experience, the service falls very short indeed so I would certainly look there first!
