  The services they offer are stellar. The staff are helpful, especially Ruby and Nguyệt, who went the extra mile to help me get the medicine I was looking for. Ruby is friendly and dedicated. You can tell she’s truly passionate in what she does. I can’t thank them enough for the help they provided. ♥️

  Excellent service! Ruby, the pharmacist, was incredibly helpful and caring. On several occasions, she made extra efforts to find my prescription medication, contacting different suppliers until she found it. Thanks to her dedication, I always received my medicine on time and at a great price. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend her!💚

  Based on our positive experiences in recent years, we visited Ruby Pharmacy again. She greeted us warmly and provided excellent, expert advice. She speaks very good English and, with the help of an interpreter, also German. Communication was completely seamless. Because she was concerned about our well-being, she followed up the next day to check on me. This made us feel that she truly cares about her customers' health.

  The service is great the staff are knowledgeable they are more local doctor, it’s well stocked and if there’s anything they don’t have in stock they take your WhatsApp number and will call when in stock which in most cases is later that day. The prices are very competitive with those in Australia where I have a concession card which entitles me to discount on most prescriptions. Highly recommend if you’re looking a great local pharmacy

  I had an extremely amazing experience with Jinnie who is so nice, kind and very helpful. I needed medicines which are not easy to get( I went at least to 10 different pharmacies, but no body could help). But then there is Jinnie, she managed to find everything so fast. I have been looking for these things for about a 2 month, you can imagine how happy she made me. And not only that I live 22 kilometres away, she personally came to drop the things off. I wish I could give 10 ⭐️. Thank you 🙏 so so much Jinnie ☺️. Kindly Maria

  I have used this pharmacy several times now. I find the staff very knowledgeable and helpful especially Ruby. She helped me with the medicine I needed for my eye infection. The shop also has a large stock of health vitamins and supplements. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and Ruby will be able to assist with your requirements. Highly recommend!

  I am a local customer and have shopped here many times. The staff are very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and have always been extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance. The prices are also reasonable for the quality. I feel completely confident buying medicine here.

  Be careful when buying medicine here. I was charged 5 times more than the price at other local pharmacies for the same medication. This feels very unfair to customers. They sold this pain killer 500k, but I found the other shop sold 100k only
