  What a fantastic experience! After a swimming trip at Bạch Mã Village, I ended up with a few decent scratches and unfortunately didn’t get the proper medical attention at their office. While out looking for a massage nearby, I happened to come across this lovely little pharmacy around the corner. I didn’t get the chance to ask the pharmacist’s name, but she was amazing. She helped recommend the right bandages and creams, and even took the time to carefully clean and dress my wounds while showing me exactly how to take care of them. I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness and attentive care. Sometimes the smallest places offer the biggest help when you need it most. 🙏

  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this wonderful pharmacy and its exceptional staff member. While visiting Da Nang, my son suffered from sudden stomach pain, and we happened to visit this pharmacy by chance. We received care and attention that went above and beyond. The employee recommended a probiotic for my son, took my phone number, and followed up with me daily for three consecutive days to check on his condition until he fully recovered. I highly commend her high professionalism, dedication, and deep human compassion. I strongly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine care

  If I could give 10 stars I would. Nhi @ Dana pharmacy is absolutely the best pharmacist I’ve EVER worked with hands down! Since the first prescriptions she delivered to me, she’s checked on my health almost daily. From providing Q&A to giving detailed instructions on taking medications, she has been exceptional. The overall experience has been superior and amazing.

  Excellent customer service! The pharmacist speaks perfect English and was incredibly helpful in filling all my prescriptions. When an item was out of stock, they coordinated with another branch to have it delivered in less than 30 minutes—I just grabbed a coffee and it was ready when I returned. They also went above and beyond to find suitable alternatives for medications unavailable in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

  I felt incredibly well taken care of here! The staff were not only very kind and welcoming, but also highly knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to give me great advice and made sure I understood everything clearly. It's rare to find such a combination of expertise and genuine care. If I ever get sick again, I will definitely come back here because I know I'm in good hands. Highly recommended! 😊

  Excellent service and a very caring pharmacist. She was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me the most was that she followed up with me two days later to check if the medication was working well and if I was feeling better. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated.   What a wonderful experience! The Dana Pharmacy has incredible variety, excellent staff, and timely service. Staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help consult with customers. I had a terrible migraine today and the pharmacist was able to send me medicine the same day! Highly recommend this pharmacy for all medical needs.
