  Very helpful pharmacy. Took care of all our needs and really made it very easy for us to get stuff :) Very enthusiastic staff and they didn’t have enough stock of what we needed but she did find a way to have more delivered our way.

  I had a very positive experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist Thu was extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. Thu recommended effective medications, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly and professionally. I truly appreciated her helpful attitude and the excellent level of service. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer care.

  Very Helpful. The lady who helped me has good English so it made it easier. I did purchase something that the following day realised I did not want so I went back in the morning and she was ok with me swapping it to something I did want. Very happy with the service and advise given to me. Thankyou.😊

  Thu was amazing at the pharmacy. She had such great energy and was incredibly helpful. She listened carefully and her recommendations were perfect. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. I’m very grateful for her help. The people in Vietnam are so kind and welcoming, and experiences like this make me really appreciate the culture here. I highly recommend this pharmacy and will definitely come back again.   Incredibly helpful pharmacy! Our son developed bad food poisoning while we were on holidays and the staff helped prescribe medication in consultation with a doctor. They checked in every day via WhatsApp on his progress and even organised for delivery of more medication to our hotel at night when he still wasn’t improving. Highly recommend.

  Visited this pharmacy in February 2026 and had the pleasure of being helped by the pharmacist named Thu. She was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to contact her after our initial visit for some follow up questions and she was happy to answer. 10/10 recommend!

  I had a very good experience with this pharmacy. The staff was very helpful and gave me exactly the medications I needed. They also stayed in touch with me on WhatsApp after the purchase to make sure everything was okay and that I was feeling better. You can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommended!

  The girls on this pharmacy are super helpful and very knowledgeable! They always help with anything that I need, they even called a doctor one day to help prescribe a treatment for my boyfriend who has an eye Stye. Thu and Hoa are amazing!
