The pharmacists are super helpful, friendly and patient. They go extra miles to help mum. They are the best I’ve ever seen in this trip.

What an incredibly competent consultation! We’ve been to the pharmacy several times, and every time we received the right help quickly and efficiently. They ask specific, targeted questions and then put together the appropriate treatment. Absolutely world-class service — thank you!

This pharmacy only sells to foreigners at very high prices. When they saw Vietnamese, they said they were closed for the day, but they continued selling to other foreigners who came in.

Today I visited this pharmacy to buy medication for hives (urticaria). I only needed Cetirizine 10 mg, which has always been enough to treat my symptoms. However, the pharmacist recommended that I also buy Blackmores Milk Thistle, telling me it would improve the treatment and that I should take one tablet three times a day. I trusted the advice and bought it. When I got home, I looked up the product and found out that it is simply a liver support dietary supplement, not a medication for hives or allergies. It does not treat the condition I came to the pharmacy for. The supplement cost around 400,000 VND, which made up most of what I paid. If you rely on the pharmacist’s advice, I would not recommend it based on my experience. I felt that I was encouraged to buy an expensive product that was unnecessary for my condition.
