  The best service and professional advice I have ever received by any pharmacy anywhere in the world including my home town. The lady is so knowledgeable and asked many questions about my symptoms to narrow down the best possible solution. After telling her I had a 19 hr flight in 2 days time, she added 2 addl. drugs to reduce the affects of being stuck in an airconditioned tube for 19 hrs on my respiratory tract. Sure I left the pharmacy with 6 different drugs for about 1 million Dong, but back home Europe I wouldn’t get jzst the antibiotics for that price! Can highly recommend this pharmacy for their professionalism. They even spoke pretty good English 👍😊

  I visited a pharmacy in Vietnam and had a truly positive experience. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, well-organized, and spacious the pharmacy was. There was a wide variety of products available, including prescription medicines, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, supplements, skincare items, and basic health supplies. Everything was neatly displayed, making it easy to look around and find what I needed. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The pharmacists and employees were very friendly, patient, and attentive. They greeted me warmly and were willing to help even though I am a foreigner. Their English was good enough to communicate clearly, and they made an effort to explain the medications in simple terms so I could understand how to use them properly. They also checked carefully to make sure I was choosing the right product for my symptoms. I appreciated that the staff did not rush me. They listened carefully to my questions and gave honest recommendations instead of pushing unnecessary products. This made me feel safe and confident about the medicines I purchased. The prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to what I am used to, and the quality of the products seemed reliable and well-managed. Overall, this pharmacy exceeded my expectations. The wide selection, affordable prices, clean environment, and especially the friendly and helpful service made this a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to other travelers and locals alike, and I would gladly visit again if I need medical products while staying in Vietnam.

  The pharmacy is great all products are available. We visited after we met with an accident and the pharmacist was super helping and friendly. She treated our wounds and helped with the first aid. Really a saviour at that moment.

  This pharmacy is the best! It is open 24 hours. The pharmacist was helpful and spoke English well. When an item that we needed was not in stock, she ordered it for us and it was ready to be picked up 1 hour later. We will definitely use them again!

  I'm editing this review because I went to the pharmacy cause I was having an allergic reaction, which was mild but still a concern. I wasn't there urgently but still...my review below is correct. I'm still very thankful for the help and the pharmacy being 24/7 but I'm reducing the rating because after I paid, the staff wouldn't let me leave, not aggressively but they did tell me they want me to tdo the review right there and then. And after I said I'd do it when I got home they said they need to see the review submitted before I left. Which is totally awful if the medicine was needed urgently. I'm sure it's not the staff's fault because she was just doing as she's told to do but still ... Not the best for a medical service Trang was very helpful , she asked me why I needed the medication that I was asking for (allergy tablets) and had follow up questions to make sure I got the write one. It was 2am too so it's great to have this as 24/7!!

  Read also other reviews!!! Too many pills for expensive price!!!! Attentive staff with good English skills, However i was sold so many different pills and each in bulk for one person food poisoning and paid more than 2 MILION DONG! Absolutely unnecessary! The amount of drugs I got is enough to cure a village! In another experience in Saigon I only got enough pills and paid a fraction of the price!

  I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND I don't understand where all the positive reviews come from. The pharmacist was very nice, but apparently only to push medications on me that I shouldn't even be taking: - prices at the pharmacy are 2 times higher than at chain pharmacies (I verified this with Pharmacity). - they sell packages with a HUGE number of tablets vs what I need. For example, they sold me 100 tablets when I only need 20. - the pharmacist said I could safely take them together, but I can see there are interactions between my medications (which she knew about) and the ones she prescribed. - they don't issue receipts! - she sold me probiotics that I shouldn't be taking and she knew about it! Unfortunately, I was stupid and even though I saw the red flags, I still bought these things because I thought she knew what she was doing. Then I verified it and it turns out I paid 1,600,000 VND when I should have paid at most 500,000 VND! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
